I was trying to order from BB on a ad from FB, and I had 4 bathbombs in my cart bc it kept asking me do I want another bathbomb for either 30% off or for $8.95. When it asked me about the 5th bathbomb for $7.95 I was like yay! (Bc they were selling their bathbombs originally for $19.97 or 99. and I'm like that's a good deal) So I pressed yes& then went to check out & the 5th bathbomb didn't reflect on the checkout page. So, I went back and tried to do the same order again but this time taking SS's of their "good deal" only to not see it in the checkout AGAIN, so I thought that for $36 that it would just show on their end.( Plus, their "ORIGINAL" AD on FB said $1 bathbomb liquidation! They only allow you to get 1 at the $1 price.) But nope! They charged me that $36 for only 4 bathbombs with their cheap lil rings inside& said I would only be getting 4 not 5, even though I sent them the SS proof of the original $1 "SALE" So NO.....they wouldn't ALLOW me to pay ANOTHER $7.95 for their $1 cost to make the bomb IF THAT! But I had emailed them my SS pics and tried to call. They got back to me the next day & said no I didn't add on another 5th bathbomb& I was super pissed now. So, I visited their site and others& seen all their negative reviews claiming that other people had bad customer service too, never received their packages, and other additional charges and MORE! So I should of NOT ordered from this company before checking reviews. So everyone PLEASE check reviews on a company prior to ordering from them. I ordered 5/9 &here it is 5/29. Smh! I wish SO BAD I could upload the proof of my Screenshots, so you could see the proof of what I'm explaining to you. Also, I called off their site phone number& their email but only received a reply back saying I wouldn't be receiving a 5th bomb& that they would pass all my info on to management. I've never any problem from other ads on or of FB. Plus if their site wasn't working it wasn't my fault, FIX IT & honor me! BAD BUSINESS!

This Company is a joke , I agree with all the bad comments bc it ALL just happened to me as well, 2 of 4 bath bombs was in crumbles,and top it off wrong darn size you all sent the wrong size in rings ppl UGH I CANT EVEN WEAR THE CHEAP RINGS AT THAT !!!! but I got 5 rings in total AND 3 of the SAME rings like are you serious? I wasted my time with this company but NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I would of read the reviews 1st ! They also don't want to make it right either , what a joke and scams they are !!!

Yes I ordered and received four bubbly ***** and we enjoyed them,I have two aunts that have never got one of the ***** so I made a small purchase and we had fun dreaming about the inside. What do they say about small items, its true, Thank You and yes four stars from the aunts, we will do this again around the Fourth of July, and at Christmas.

I am sick of this company misleading people making people think theyre going to get a nice ring. I wasted money on those bomb until I got wise to their game. Im sick o receiving emails saying Ive won a ring no purchase necessary to get to the end theyre still expecting you to spend $1 to get something you DIDNT ask for. YOU sent me the email saying I won and I could win a $10,000 ring or $10,000 cash but the trick is spending money. Im really thinking about speaking to a lawyer about their tactics because they approach me trying to lure me to spend money. I have a bag of these bath bombs Ill never use. Of the rings Ive received nothing has been extravagant something I could have purchased at a five and dime store. Bubbly Belle should stop attempting to lure people to spend money for a ring that has no real value. I hope you can stop them, what prompted me was the letter I received yesterday. I placed an order, they charged me immediately. Almost a month later I had not received my bombs. I called several times, they kept saying the bombs were about to ship. I finally started a dispute with my credit card because I did not want to pay for something I did not receive. I received a credit for the purchase and they sent out an incomplete order to me. The invoice even said I was due 5 more bath bombs. Well they must have received word of the dispute from my credit card company as they have started emailing me that my order is complete, why do I have any issues, send pictures if I didn't receive everything. Everyday I get at least one email, it is harassment at this point. Suzette just asked what scents I received, I didn't realize that "Zen" was a scent. And some of the bombs were crumbs when they arrived. Never again.

BubblyBelle is the best for ur gifts or jus for yourself..I have ordered several times from here and i jus love the way they all smell...I gave 5 Stars!!Thank You!!

The free ring that I received with my order was very cheap! The shipping cost for two bath bombs was $11.95! So I got one free ring, one bath bomb for $1.20, and one bath bomb for $17.95. Total cost $33.92!! Very disappointed to spend that much money for two bath bombs and a ring that looks like a $1.99 special!
