            5/22/2023 Olivers plumbing mislead and misrepresented price and work being done. They never gave is a official quote or receipt with their name on it and altered a document. Also damaged our house with improper drilling from the wrong side as inspector pointed out. Over charged their price by ******. Took advantage of my wife as she knows nothing about this job and I told Olivers representative everything goes threw me as I was gone that week then insisted to get done that week trusting them. They made my 1st electrician quit who was licensed and Olivers said he was not certified. In the county we live in you dont even need to be a licensed electrician just too pass inspection. As I left a recorded message to Olivers stating they were wrong. On doing the outdoor water heater install. Olivers made several mistakes and with several pictures, we now have to hire a HOA certified painter that we use and get a permit of standards, and committee approval. To fix stucco, patch and match paint on side of house they worked on. Ill attached. Even the installation was not what we talked about. I called over 20 times no answer or left message and Olivers will not call back throughout or try to resolve. If this dont resolve this will go to Court and also a complaint to the ****************. We were deceived so many times with proof of all. Very unfortunate when we tried to keep this job local. It took till July 25th 2023 to finish inspection and its still not finished It was such a mess I had to hire another electrician as proof of many things done improper and deceiving that situation even more also as proof from them. I could go on and on. They dont care obviously.
