horrible workers i dont know who ****** was that was yelling at my parents and me through the phone but she needs to be fired. Misinformation from her told me they close at 5 it was 4:30 she was yelling at them to leave after she told me on the phone it was 8-5.

The worst place ever, i own multiple business my self and i WOULD NEVER treat anyone the way they treat ppl. They were super rude, disrespectful, ******, please do NOT use their service, my father in law got into an accident and vehicle was tow by them, couldnt find them on google then eventually found their number on yelp, called and i was told to be there before 4:30pm my mother in law was there at 4:15pm with her husband the owner of the vehicle, walk up to them and they were super rude, my mother in law called me cause her english is not very good, was explaining they were there to pick their car and was told by them im not talking to anyone in the phone and started screaming, i was a few minutes away i got there at 4:28pm, told then we needed the vehicle that we live in port saint lucie which is 45 min away and that they were there on time but they didnt want to help my in laws. Was told that she was not gonna help us, that is past the time when im showing her on my was that was still inside 4:30pm. Then another lady got there and told us to leave the parking garage, so i called the cops and was told that they cant do nothing to release my vehicle. If i could u would leave negative reviews.

This place is less than unprofessional and rude. Im helping out my niece so she can retrieve her car from this so called business impound yard. I call the company to find out the correct address of location and what all they would need as proof. The woman on the phone was so rude, telling me That I am a liar about getting all the things that would be needed to be able to get the car back, insurance , tag renewal and the License Reinstated, all which was taken care of the day before. The woman Proceeded to tell me, there was no way we got all these things done on Monday which we did, DMV was open all day. my niece and her (this woman)got in to an argument about not being able to get her car out of pound the day before, said they were closed for the holiday(Columbus day) . We get to location of the business, she didnt say a word about her being so rude to me. So I just kept my mouth shut to be able to get the car back without Incident. Had to show this gentleman(worker) the pd Receipt in the next lot over where the car was stored impoundment yard. My niece asked the gentleman if the place was closed on Monday he proceeded to tell us that the **Haul rental for rental was closed but the operation of business for the impound was not so therefore they lied ,charged us for a whole day of fees when we shouldve been able to get the car back the day before and not had to pay 300 and something dollars for two days. Bottom line is this person should not be in business where theres public relations at all . Very rude and unprofessional not only to me but other customers a head of me while was there and witnessed it first hand.

Horrible service. Very rude and made rude and hurtful accusations.
