On 4-24-23, I hired Superior Screening to remove my pool cage and haul it away. I was promised an estimate to replace the cage along with pictures of the damage on 5-1-23. I paid them $2000.00 for their service. *********************** was contacted via email on ****, 5-9, and 5-3-23 to get the estimate for insurance coverage. To date, I have not received the necessary estimate. Their business card clearly states free estimates.

I paid Superior $1350 to replace all the screws that secure my pool cage to the concrete deck with Nylotek screws. Instead of replacing the screws they used caulk to cover all the existing screws with plastic caps. Now its in a dangerous unsecured condition. The owner *********************** admits to me over the phone in a FaceTime call and in the presence of a witness my contractor, that his employee must have fraudulently deceived us by caulking caps over the screws to make it look like he replaced the screws. He said he would remedy in that call, but now doesnt accept or respond to my calls. I want the repair completed in accordance with his written quote. I paid by a check for $1350.

Don't let what happened to me happen to you. I contracted SUPERIOR *********************************************** CLEANING LLC to restore my pool cage and am sorry I did. You'd think a family owned & operated business would take particular care of their reputation. THEY DID NOT replace rusted/broken screws, fasteners. They DID NOT provide lifetime rust free screws as the ad stated. They left a mess. Over *********************************************** drain's and pool navigator. Paint everywhere, on my tile roof, ******, sofit /facia, exterior walls, overspray on windows and pool equipment. Now one of the screen doors *** installed is falling off its hinges. Totally disgusting job performance. I've called and called and called, I've left message after message, I've texted my thumbs off and still no promise to follow up and repair his inferior workmanship. it's been over eight months since contracting with *** and still no follow up. Do your research people I was taken for four grand don't be like me.

The Superior Screening & Pressure Cleaning LLC owner, Jon D*******, was hired by me to paint and re-screen the entire pool birdcage, replace rusted screws, replace cable ties, replace two doors and hardware, re-spray front house gutter and spray paint a 5 ft Windmill. The actual workers sent by Mr. D******* was Jim L**** with a crew of three. Mr. L**** completed all but did not correct the overspray of brown paint on the white and blue edge of the home. With 90 percent of the work done, on 6-29-2021, I paid $2000.00 cash to Mr. L**** and he wrote that on the estimate form. Later, I observed that our fence, 150 feet south of the pool enclosure, had brown paint splatter on six sections (each section 5ft 6in wide by 5ft 10in height) by Mr. L****'s staff from cleaning out the spray paint hose. Mr. D******* was called and he advised Mr. L**** would be sent to clean the splatter from the fence and correct the overspray of brown paint on the white and blue edge of the home. Upon his return, Mr. L**** apologized about the mistake by the crew members cleaning out their paint hoses and causing the splatter on the fence. Mr. L**** and his brother came back days later to clean the splatter. They used graffiti cleaner which removed the brown wood grain color of my Golden Oak Vinyl Fence. They stopped when it was observed that they were damaging the fence by taking the glossy color off down to the white base vinyl (See attached ten photographs). I have saved all the text between us from February 2022. Mr. D******* has been texting me saying that he would have Mr. L**** take care of correcting the overspray to the edge of my home and the paint splatter on the fence. On 4-14-2022, Mr. D******* texted me that he sold his business and moved to Maine, and that I would have to deal with the "new owner". However, he is still listed as owner as listed by the State of Florida. As of Thursday, 7-21-22, Mr. D******* told me he "did not do the work" and to go after the employee.
