Go try purchasing Florida Navel Oranges somewhere else. Before I placed my order online, I had called and asked if I would be shipped ******* Navel Oranges or California Navel Oranges. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SHIP ME FLORIDA GROWN NAVEL ORANGES. When the oranges arrived, I could immediately tell by looking that they were NOT grown in *******. I subsequently called and spoke with two different people who were rude, discourteous, and impolite. Both individuals either LIED about shipping me Florida Navel oranges, or they both lacked sufficient knowledge to appreciate the difference between Florida navels and California navels. Now granted, one of them told me that my purchase price would be refunded (we'll see), and yet neither individual seemed to care about ********* Groves customers. They were more interested in taking swipes at me. Since I was still a bit upset about what had happened with my order and how I was being treated by ********* Groves employees, I began to ask the woman why someone mistakenly told me that I would be receiving Florida Navel Oranges. She again interrupted me with the ultimate slap in the face when she responded, "I'm not hearing you *** (my last name)", "Are you still there *** (my last name)? "Hmmm, we must have lost his connection". Only individuals with low cognitive functioning would behave in such a way and presume that the person on the other end of the phone line would also be of sufficiently low cognitive ability to believe that indeed our hard-wired landline connection had been dropped and that I had NOT just been hung up ***** order was clearly sent to a separate distributor located near ************, *******, and I was shipped whatever oranges that distributor had in stock; they were not picked anywhere in the State of *******, and certainly not picked at a grove near *********, *******.Gregory's Groves, Inc. We would like to apologize for the problems you experienced with our staff and taken measures to ensure that our customers are treated a respectful manner. The refund should have posted to your account. We purchase fruit from all over the southern areas of *******, but due to the state of ******* Citrus - primarily due to disease and hurricanes we found it necessary to harvest our fruit from outside sources such as *****, ******* and ********** to meet the fulfillment requirements of our customers. We pack our own fruit in our packing house and ************ is a *** hub, which is the first destination where it goes as the fruit leaves *******. Once our groves have matured, we go back to shipping Florida fruit.

I have been buying fruit from them for over 5 years. I have never gotten anything that's as rotten or moldy. This year the **** red grapefruit was better than anything I could get in a store. The honeybells are top notch. They even messed up a order and sent me a ****** of the same order at no charge. I didn't ask for that I just wanted to make sure my order went through. When I called she realized it was their error and sent me out a box for my troubles. This is a great company to order citrus fruit from in the winter!Review from Gary S

I will never buy from them ever again. Very disappointing the quality of the fruit was subpar. Some of the fruit was moldy and none of the fruit looked very good. I have been disappointed with them for the last time. The fruit was old not vibrant wrinkled soft. I bought HoneyBells from another company that has my business now. Customer called in 01/09/24 and spoke to one of our CSR Representatives regarding the condition of his fruit and at that time, a replacement was scheduled to be shipped.
We apologize for the quality and condition of the fruit when it was received. Please know it is never our intention that our product arrive in less than perfect condition but know that when shipping a perishable product there are things which can occur during the transportation process which may affect the fruit. Which is why we have a 100% guarantee on all our products.
We would like to take this opportunity to make this situation right. We have scheduled him to receive two full replacement boxes of Honeybells and hope that he enjoys the new shipments when they are delivered.

Gregorys Groves is only interested in making the maximum profit they can. Maintaining customer loyalty by admitting errors and making certain the customer is treated fairly and honestly is not part of their business plan. I'll never order from them again. Customer placed his order through our website and purchased a 1H - 1 tray of Honeybells. We immediately send out follow-up email confirmations to our customers allowing the customer time to proof their orders and email/call to make any necessary changes.
Once Honeybells were received by the recipient, customer called and spoke to one of our *** Representatives who tried to explain to him - we shipped what he ordered.
******** stated that had he had intended for his recipient to receive our Honeybell Bonanza and wanted us to assume the responsibility of reshipping the balance of the fruit because he stated it was an error with our website. The *** Representative said we could not do that.
On our website, under FAQ's we have descriptions explaining how many pieces of fruit each box contains, how it's package, how many people each box would serve, etc.
We did a one-time courtesy replacement and shipped to his recipient the balance of the fruit which the customer said was missing.

HORRIBLE! I ordered two boxes of Homeybells, one for a friend, one for my home. ******* did not arrive at scheduled week, or week later for that matter. After numerous calls, and very lengthy hold times, customer service provided no resolve. I called again and requested a refund, as my oranges never arrived, and was told they could only submit a request for a refund, and that a refund is not guaranteed. 01/08/24 You placed two orders - with a requested arrival week of January 14th - January 20th. Both of which shipped on the 01/16/24 (delivered January 19th) and 01/18/24 (delivered January 30th) respectively. We are shipping twice a week this time of year - every ******************* *** had delays due to weather. 01/26/24 we issued a refund for the late delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. When I received my order many of the honey bells were rotten.I had to fight get my money back. **************** is as bad as the oranges. You can only hold for 10 minutes before it automatically hangs up. When you finally get through your customer service rep is rude . I spoke with 2 people and they were both rude and didn't want to help. They just wanted to create a ticket and hang on. I finally spoke with a supervisor and she started with the same attitude. I politely stopped her in her tracks and I explained what I had been through within the past 2 days. And gave her the opportunity to fix the problem which was canceling my second order and refunding both orders. Ordered honeybells. Received them a week early. So bad I had to throw the whole box away. Rotten fruit. Terrible. The worst fruit I have ever received. I order fruit every year and went with the cheaper one this year and I found out why their prices were cheaper. They must get their fruit that the other sellers throw out. Made over 4 phone calls after trying to respond to a direct email offer for 20% off and $9.99 shipping using advertised code of SAVE20XTRA. When trying to apply trhe advertized code it comes up as 'invalid'. Tried to place order directly over phone but operator had same problem. They finally claimed it wasn't an email from them yet the source indicated it was and all my prior gift information was available. Another operator insisted I was "receiving $10 off" which represented only the product discount bi=ut NOT the reduced shipping cost. Blatantly false advertisement which I suspect most customers did not notice they were being over charged by 5$ on EVERY shipping address. I waas FINALLY connected to a "supervisor" who offered me free shipping but NOT the 20% off. and ulitmately cut me off!!! Is this an 'error' or is Gregory's Groves trying to scam customers who might not note the wrong total order??????Review from John H

Received my box and the next day I opened it and found one tangerine with mold on it and found 9 other pieces of fruit deseased as I lived in Florida and know what bad fruit is as I sent them a email over the weekend and still have not heard from them as I am on social security and money is tight and I sent them another email today as they don’t care as they have gotten the money and could care less about the customer.
