    8/2/24 I emailed photo of item to inquire about consigning brand new in box light fixture 8/2/24 I dropped off item to store and was told someone will reachout with price after looking it over and contract explaining process of consigning 8/4/24 I emailed to check in on what price was set at and what process was to consign 8/5/24 owner of store replied with price and docusign was sent 8/5/24 I declined and asked to pick up my item the next day 8/5/24 owner replied I can come pick up thursday 8/8. It was already hanging in her store as for sale and listed for sale on her website 8/8/24 I reached out and they said no one had taken it down and I could come by Saturday or Sunday to pick it up 8/11/24 I went to store to pick up the item and item was not packaged back into box in the same condition I dropped it off as. It is missing screws and is no longer brand new in box condition. I never signed a contract with them to allow them to list for sale or to hang in store or to assemble item 8/12/24 owner is not taking accountability for missing screws or throwing out all paperwork/instructions/box that item came in. It is no longer returnable for full value and she is not offering full market value to correct her companies mistake. Again, We never signed any contract to agree to consign the item and she had listed it for sale and assembled it without our permission. Owner offered $200 and she will sell the item herself. The value of this item is $420 and I could have returned it to ********** for full value if it wasnt missing parts and was in the box.

    Around September 2022 I moved from Wellington to another city and 3 pieces of furniture were sent to *********************************************** for sell. I called several times to check on my furniture they kept saying they haven't sold. Around two month ago I called to check on my furniture, they said that 2 out of the 3 pieces of furniture were sold and the check was sent to my old address. I ask them to send the check to my new address and after numerous call and 9 emails I haven't heard from them again. A few weeks ago, finally I spoke with a gentleman that said that they made a mistake, out of the 3 pieces of furniture only one was sold, and they were going to send me the check, one month went by and I haven't received it. I have sent like 9 emails and they never responded to any of them. I started having doubts if this business is legit or not. It seem they don't know what they are doing, or what has been sold and what haven't been sold. In the email here attached they said they sold 2 pieces of furniture and the checks was send to the old address but they never send the check to my new address even thought I sent them the new address in several emails. Looking the way the operate, there is no way I can recommend this business to any one. I am sure other people have been going through the same situation as me.
