    ****** ****** owner of this business created a fake account/profile under my name and inputted my credit card information without verbally, paper nor online consent. She created an appointment for me and with a no show she changed me without my consent nor acknowledgment ****** dollars. I made a dispute to my bank to which she provided documents from this fake account/ profile. I never made this account/profile nor acknowledged or certify that I was in agreement of her pulling money from my credit card. I never put my card information in the fake account/ profile. The account/profile name is under ******** ***** evidently misspelling my name, I did not make this account/profile. I do recognize going to this salon sometime ago to get a haircut and my hair dyed, I made the appointment verbally in person, I never opened an account/ profile to make my appointment. I paid with my credit card which I am inferring she had the information saved, because I never put in my card information in any account/ profile to pull money from. I never made an account or profile, nor a knowledge anything from this business, still they pulled money from it without any acknowledgement nor permission.

    Dear Ms. ******************* you for your message and for allowing me to clarify the situation further.

    I understand that you are frustrated with the charge, but I want to reiterate that this appointment was a maintenance session, which had been scheduled verbally during your previous visit. Unfortunately, when you did not show up for this appointment and did not notify us in advance, the no-show policy, clearly outlined on our website, was applied. This policy is in place to respect the time and effort of our stylists, who have dedicated their time to your appointment.

    Please note that no fake profile was created in your name. While there may have been a misspelling of your name, all other information, including your phone number and card details, was provided by you during previous visits. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we have waived penalties in the past. However, due to repeated no-shows, this time the policy was enforced.

    If you would like to discuss this further, I am open to resolving any remaining concerns. My goal is always to maintain a positive relationship with our clients, and I appreciate your understanding of our position.
