    :Problem:Unprofessional front desk, inconsistent teachers (lots of sub days/ cancellations), and the office will not offer a refund of services when warranted. Two weeks were cancelled at 9PM the night before a saturday ******* Make up classes or refund were not confirmed by office. We attended several more sessions and had subs a few times. I disenrolled and explained I would like a refund for the 2 missing classes. Front desk called two days later asked me to explain why I wanted a refund (again). Asked why we did not do a make up. Conflict:Front desk caller stated she didn't have authority to make refunds. Why is she calling? At that point the call was several minutes long of me explaining (info was also verifiable in emails). During a pause I asked again Can I just have a refund, and she stated "Just be patient", I finally said "just keep the money!" and hung up. She called back several times over and over, but I did not answer as I was working. I then received an e mail telling me due to my inability to be polite, The director decided to disenroll my other child without reimbursing me the money I paid for him for the remainder of the month (just one day).Complaint:Director never reached out to see what the issue was or verify this as facts. Front desk caller was inflammatory and rude. I felt like I was begging for my money back. I am interpreting this business as resistant to giving any funds back once received, and also I think the front desk lady did not like being hung up on- but I do not have time for that all day. I did not care for being told to 'be patient'. I felt like I had been patient on the call long enough for something requiring a simple resolution, that I had inquired about several times. I also wasted two weekends in a row on a no-show instructor at the last minute. Whie they have the right to cancel any customer, they don't have the right to keep the money I paid for the other child for the rest of the month.
