I am now a customer for life. *** came out same day and had us up and running in no time. What a relief! I am now having them do the maintenance on our system and will have them do the install eventually, as that will be needed soon. Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and I was able to easily understand. The price was great! Unmatched professionalism and workmanship. Im so glad I found them! Excellent service from first meeting to installation. Very professional and customer care and appreciation gets 5 Stars from this family. We had no heat for 3 days and ****** and his tech arrived early so we could have heat after the holiday weekend. They worked quickly and efficiently and after a few hours we had our air on to enjoy. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were punctual cleaned up and made everything seamless. This company is fantastic in every aspect. My wife and I have been using them for years and have not found service so well rounded! From the office folks (****) to especially the techs in the field ******** ***, ******, and others), the skill, quality of work, and level of personality and service is so spot on. They have taken care of our AC/heating system since 2018 and kept it alive for as long as they could being completely honest with us all along the way. We NEVER felt that we were being taken advantage of and had every confidence in their ability. Recently we finally had to do the full replacement on the very old system. We felt we got a super reasonable price quote and the installation went very smoothly. I personally do not get the very poor review left by ******************** Our experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional and we will continue to use them as long as possible. I would give 4 stars for response time, however. Spent 300 for a line flush, and technician kept trying to get me to buy into more services. Felt like he was a salesman. Just wanted air. I am a single female who recently bought a house, had inspection prior to buying so I know equipment was in great working order. Also was told by inspector how great equipment was taken care of. So when I was trying to be upcharged, knew I was being taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company, and I wont be doing business with in the future. The technician also plastered his company sticker over my maintenance information on my air handler covering it up which was really not appreciated. Mark ********, I ******* A/C HEAT, Quality Comfort Air Conditioning came up . Giving information on issues about my A/C, HEAT. Tech (Damion) came and diagnose issue, Coil that runs the 3 zone system. Not running right. Needs to be replaced. Heat would shut off too early. Damion with very and Professional and answered any questions . Other issues were no concern!!!!! Quality Comfort will order coil, call make appointment to install new coil. Very happy with COMPANY!!!Quality Comfort Air Conditioning And Heating, Inc. Response
