I bought a used car from the dealership and it was delivered to ****** for use by my daughter. The dealership promised me that the car was in good condition with no error codes. However upon delivery I observed that there was a coolant leak and an error code. I had it towed to the mechanic who said the engine had major issues and needs to be replaced. The warranty did not include day 1 coverage So would be ineffective. The dealership refunded me the warranty amount but still hasnt refunded the remaining amount of 8568.22$

I purchased a vehicle December 06, 2024, signed the contracts and was promised delivery for said vehicle. My loan was accepted through them, and I am currently showing the vehicle loan in my bank that I am set to pay this upcoming month. I have been ignored numerous times in reference to the vehicle being delivered, and it has been THREE WEEKS since purchase and I still do not have a delivery date for the vehicle we have already signed for, and no one has reached out or responded to our messages or calls.

Traded my car in with a sub dealership of this coorporation (Palm Beach Mitsubishi) and they have not cancelled my GAP or *************** contract that requires refund based on miles at the trade in and/or date of trade in. After multiple failed attempts to get this resolve via telephone contact I am now left with pursuing minimal options. I am attempting this route prior to legal pursuit.

Financial paperwork finalized on September 4th, 2024 with Palm Beach Mitsubishi, $11,000 for a down payment. Before finalizing, I asked why my co-signer was listed as the primary buyer. I was informed that the systems used to send secure documents caused this. It was later discovered that this decision was made based on the superior credit score of the co-signer, which was submitted to the bank. The documents list me and my co-signer as Florida residents. This was to charge the Florida sales tax that's higher than the state the car would be registered in, but I am not and have never been a ******* resident. It was shipped with significantly more damages than had been disclosed. I was assured that the vehicle would be delivered with Massachusetts plates, a promise that was also not fulfilled. Upon receiving the car on 09/14/2024, no plates were included in the shipment (not even temporary tags that I was informed about after the car shipped also in writing) The vehicle arrived with exterior damages that were deliberately omitted from all provided images and videos. The check engine light was illuminated, rendering the car inoperable. Palm Beach of Mitsubishi committed to covering the cost of repairs at no expense to me. Claims of extending the 5-day return policy to accommodate the vehicle's condition have also been made (in writing). Palm Beach of Mitsubishi selected an auto mechanic to perform repairs. They have not secured payment for the services rendered. I do not have the vehicle. Palm Beach of Mitsubishi's 5-day return policy is essentially to test drive the car, an option intentionally taken from me. With the car not in my possession and still being held by an auto mechanic who only spoke with Palm Beach of Mitsubishi, I still haven't received a vehicle I have paid for as a consumer. All of the interactions mentioned have been documented in writing to ensure that I have sufficient evidence that I do not have a vehicle purchased on 9/4/2024.

On August 21, 2024 I initiated an auto loan with Palm Beach Mitsubishi to purchase a 2022 ***** GX 460. I spoke with two folks at the dealership, Briar ****** and ****** ********. Since the dealership was in *******, I was concerned about whether the car was available. They sent me a time stamped video to prove the car was available. They ship cars nationwide. I decided to buy the vehicle, and submitted my information to Briar ****** - Sales and Finance. I was called the next day and told the car had sold and that they had other cars available. I told them I was not interested, and reminded Briar that the dealership took my information and I will monitor the dark web to ensure my data doesn't get leaked. I received an email from *********** - Credit Wise that my ******************** had been leaked, along with my name and current address, on the the dark web on AUGUST 21, 2024. The location should be investigated for this, as I am most likely not the only one. I have since read up on the location and it seems this location has defrauded numerous people. It should be investigated.

I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP DUE TO ********* AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM FREEZING, TURNING OFF AND DISCONNECTIONG FROM MY PHONE AND THE SCREEB=N ITSELF TURNING OFF AND ON, ON ITS OWN. I WAS TOLD I NEED A NEW SYSTEM AND THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT NEW SYSTEMS IN THE VEHICLES. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE GETTING NEW MANUFACTURERES AS OF 2025 AND I WAS ADDED TO A WAIT LIST WHICH IS VERY LONG AND CAN TAKE MONTHS AND EVEN THEY ARENT SURE IF THAT WILL HAPPEN. THIS IS A 2023 BRAND NEW CAR THAT I SPENT OVER 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR AND DO NOT THINK ITS FAIR THAT I HAVE TO SUFFER WITH A VEHICLE THAT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY AND WHO KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. THATS ALL THEY CAN TELL ME IS TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THE DEALERSHIP. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF THEY CANT FIX IT IN A DECENT TIME FRAME THEY SHOULD PAY BACK MY LOAN THAT THEY ALREADY GOT MONEY FOR AND I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID FOR THE CAR AND BE ABLE TO GET A CAR THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE FIRST YEAR THAT I HAVE IT. IT HAS ONLY 13K MILES ON IT. ITS BRAND NEW. NO ONE THERE CAN DO ANYTHING FOR ME THEY SAID ID HAVE TO WAIT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE..

Hi, I recently came in to buy a new car. The car that was displayed online at a sale price was not at the dealership when I arrived. I was talked into getting a different, much more expensive car with almost no discount. I left without signed but was continued to be persuaded into purchasing even though I expressed financial concerns. I did not sign any paperwork but sent the down payment via Zelle and card and purchased insurance,Unfortunately today on 9/16 my job let me go for taking time off to take care of my sick 2yr old even with a doctors note. I am the sole income of myself and my son, as I am a domestic violence survivor and his father is not around allowed us by law. I am terrified of loosing our housing now as I work to regain employment. Ive asked to be refunded for the down payment was sent a screen shot that is is not refundable. I cant even cancel the insurance without a letter from the dealership. When I reached out to the dealership and told them what happened, they were still trying to convince me to buy the car. I am floored. Please reconsider the refund, loosing my job could mean my son and I on the street or not having enough food if I cannot pay our bills due to loss of income, please I havent signed anything yet and am not in possession of the car I never even took it home.

I was going to purchase a vehicle through West Palm Beach Mitsubishi, but the deal was not able to go through. so they told me meaning the salesperson *********************** and a couple of different managers I spoke with informed me that I would be getting my $800 refund that I put as a down payment. That was July 19th I still have yet to receive my refund and I have tried to contact the dealership numerous times. I have been hung up on I have been transferred to numbers that have full voicemails and everyone gives me attitude and no one wants to give me answers. I tried to call today August 16th and again the same thing I was transferred and no one answered and I could not leave a voicemail so I tried to call back and they hung up on me. I just want my $800 that I was told I would be getting back on my card.

Recently had purchased a used car from this dealership and was told there werent any problems with the car. Shortly after receiving the car we noticed shaking when hitting the brakes and bumping noise when going over rough roads. After the car was taken to a shop we were told the front shocks were blown and the brake pads and rotors need replacing. After asking for some form of compensation from the dealership they went on to blame us for the problems with the vehicle.

On Thursday June 4, 2024 I have purchase a 2015 *** that the dealer showed me from his computer screen, I was told that the vehicle will be available for pickup by Saturday, and on Saturday, I was told that the vehicle was at a garage at a different dealership, so I decided to look at a 2018 Kia ******* and I accepted the offer, without advising me, they added a ************* which is an additional $2700, that was on Saturday evening, the next business day I have contacted the Exeter finance and I was told that the account was not yet created and I need to contact the dealership, so I did and they have been giving me the run around until I reach out to ************* at **************, and they were able send me a reply "I rejected the contract, please see the selling dealer for the full refund of the contract. Thank you for your time", *************** I have been trying to get in touch with someone at the branch since Monday with no success, I would really appreciate it if better business could help me resolve this issue so that I could get an amended contract or a refund for the **** standard that has been removed from the agreement. Thanks Kindly.

    Thank you BBB,

yes, I have additional issues with Palm Beach Mitsubishi, I have no driving privileges at this moment due to the fact that I had a suspension in the State of ******** since ************************************************** motor vehicle to pay a reinstatement fee before I can renew my Driver's license and I did let the sales rep know about that in advance, the Vehicle is insured under my partner's name and the registration is under my name, the issue is that ****** will not provide me with a vehicle loan without a valid Driver license, if they cannot get a financial bank to accept the deal, I would like to know how can I return the vehicle and get the $5000 plus the extra they charged me for using a credit card back? please let me know how can I resolve that predicament. I have the vehicle with no actual lien holder, I do not have an account or a loan with any financial institution a week after I picked up the vehicle.
