    The property management that has taken over this apartment complex has given complete negligence to the tenants and we are fed up. They have locked their office from us entering since they took over last year. They do not answer the phones, work orders take months to be completed. When you actually do call multiple times, they will hang up on you. They are the most incompetent management I have seen on this property and I have personally been here for 10 years and never had to complain like this. Every tenant I speak with is fed up and something needs to be done.

    I am writing to you today w/ a matter of urgency & concern regarding the living conditions at the apartment unit I recently leased, located at **************************. Upon receiving the keys on 4/9/24 I conducted a thorough walkthrough of the unit & immediately noticed several issues, including the presence of *************** droppings, as well as an unpleasant odor. I promptly notified MGT of these ************ them in the pre-move-in inspect report. bringing these concerns to MGT the situation didnt improve. On 4/14/24 after observing an escalation in the infestation, I once again notified MGT, only to be told that I treat the issue myself. Taking matters into my own hands, I treated the apartment for roaches on 4/15/24, but to no avail. The problem worsened. Despite further attempts to address the issue, including emails that went unanswered, it was not until a subsequent walkthrough w/ MGT & the Maint supervisor that the severity of the infestation was finally acknowledged. However, the proposed solution of a deep treatment appt for 5/6/24 was unacceptable given the immediate health hazards posed by the infestation. On 4/29/24 I once again reached out to MGT, expressing my concerns about the escalating situation. Tragically, the presence of roaches in my bed, including an incident where one crawled into my child's ear while sleeping, compelled me to vacate the premises immediately. As a result of these deplorable living conditions, I have been forced into homelessness w/ my children. This situation has caused immense ****************** particularly as I have no family locally. Furthermore, the few belongings I did move into the APT are now infested with roaches, rendering them unusable. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of all payments made towards renting the APT I have not had the opportunity to enjoy or live in the space due to the persistent & severe infestation. I have attached pictures documenting evidence to support my case.

    These people are liars and a bunch of thieves. Ive been living in a 3-bedroom apartment there since 2019. Rent has been increasing here and there which is normal. I always pay on time. Despite having maintenance from them is always a nightmare, they take forever to answer phone calls or to even show up to the apartment unless I email them and mention my lawyer will be in contact with them, I always pay on time, But on October 2nd they withdrew $2039.00 from my bank account. When I went to the office to ask what the reason was. The lady whos only been a manager there for a year, told me that since Ive been living there, Ive only been paying for a 2-bedroom apartment. So the extra charge was for all of those months. Mind you, each year I renew the lease, the amount of bedrooms and rent amount is listed and I sign the lease and turn it over. After going back and forth for about 15 minutes, I decided to request all of my lease agreements since 2019 so I could forward them to my lawyer to sort this out. Well, of course she withdrew herself from the conversation because I mentioned lawyer. My lawyer requested these docs from the office since 10/7 and has still yet to get a response from them. I did explain to her that this isnt my problem whether they made a mistake or not, each year I sign an agreement and it should be respected and honored. Unfortunately, she was not having it. So Im reporting them for that.

    In March 2023, I completed an application to lease a 3/2 apartment at Renaissance Apartments located at ****************************************************************************. Their phone number ************. Along with the application I submitted two money orders totaling $370. I was told that we were approved for an apartment and they were waiting for an apartment to be available on the first floor. That was a two-month wait. During the two-month wait, we were told that my application file went for compliance approval. I was told that an apartment would be ready at the end of May or the first week of June they would have an apartment available. After many unsuccessful status phone calls, status visits to the leasing office with requested additional documents and continued waiting... On June 9th, I emailed the Asst. ******** requesting a refund of the fees paid. Expressing that I have been waiting since March for compliance approval and that I would like a refund of the application and deposit fees. Stopped by the Renaissance leasing office the following week and was met at the front door by the *******. The assistant ******* was in the background stating that the request for a refund was submitted when she received the email request. The refund would come from ********** and would take **** business days from date of notification to receive. I have contacted FPI Management, the management company for the property, by calling ************ and submitting a contact form on their online website. I have left several voicemail and online messages. Unfortunately, no one has responded to resolve this matter. On July 7, 2023 I reached out to the asst. ******* via email informing her that I still have not received the refund. She did respond that she would look into it and get back with me. As of now, I have not heard back from her or FPI Management.I would like FULL refund.Thank you in advance for your assistance.
