TERRIBLE, ****************. I cannot stress this enough. I was forced into using them because they are a service provider of ******, which I have a protection plan with. They allow their employees to lie to the customer about when something will be delivered, and then there is many more days until something is delivered. I was told "worst case" the part will arrive by a certain day, and then when I called that day, the woman who answers the phone (who clearly hates her job), said the part was not scheduled to come for at least 2 more business days. It has been over a week since my refrigerator broke, with no end in sight because both this company, and ****** are useless.

customer has an extended warranty that requires an authorization for parts repair is being 6 days from the diagnosis day to today , also customer state wants unit to be declare unrepairable, parts was ordered same day of service , compressor is in backorder and will arrive soon , customer state tech say 3 days for part and she literally wants to be repair in 3 days , as normal but unfortunate parts is in backorder .
customer state the women on the phone hates the job , just because dose not support customer screaming , that women is being working for years and has a high positive reviews and support with customer .
to all customer need to understand that have a service plan is great but need some time for approval amount and parts delivery to completed a job

Worst company ever! If I could give 0 stars I Would. Service manager is a liar ! They don't order parts from the manufacturer and use a 3rd party instead. Their customer ********************** is the worst.Buyer beware!Review from Joan H

They are a ****! They took the motherboard from our dishwasher and we never heard from the technician again! There was no need to take The part he could have ordered with the model number *********** just keeps Telling us they will have him call but not happening!ADR Appliance Service, LLC Response

SORRY but we don't have a customer name in our work order history, please be sure this review is for ADR APPLIANCE SERVICE, with a valid work order , please provide a dispatch number or work order with ADR APPLIANCE SERVICE ,
we don't removed parts for repair , we are factory service only and we order parts trough manufacture , if they don't provide parts manufacture will replaced the complete unit ,
please be sure this is a valid review for ADRAPPLIANCE SERVICE.

Absolutely zero follow up. Still waiting today. Been told everyday someone would get back to me-still nothing. If they didnt still have my dishwasher motherboard, I would be a lot more explanatory. If your job requires a follow up to finish the repair, this is not the company for you.
