  Dec 11th placed a bid for a car on proxbid who was holding an auction and the auction owner was falcon America south llc it was for a 2011 Buick regal from the outside pics it looked ok description says DRIVES/STARTS which was a lie it starts but do not drive the car as flood damage full of black mold and mildew all inside the car and inside the trunk of the car found out the engine is damaged and blown and NOT DRIVABLE so they lied about that. Paid **** for a car that dont work thats flood damage and blown engine. The owner gave me 500 back for a detail so to car being covewd in mold and mildew and water damage still have title issues that still going on. This company has been in business for 2 year and should not be in business anymore they knew the car was bad didnt care they was only looking to make money they are unethical and doing unethical business practices and shouldnt have a business license which is my next step to report and go after. Instead of taking ownership and responsibility for even asking a damages car that has a blown engine he wants to have a ******* match to see who can scream the most. His words was h drove it in his lot to move it so it was never road tested to see if it was drivable at all which wasnt in the description they claim it was a good car and drivable. I will make sure everyone knows about this company and will not stop until it is sloved they knew the car was bad and didnt care about anyone safety only cared about there income but I Ill put a stop to that

  Winning Bidder purchased a 2011 Buick for $3100 plus applicable fees during the online auction 12/11/2022 waiving the option to attend the auction's Preview/Inspection scheduled event. Bidder was unhappy with condition of vehicle's interior, although photo's of the vehicle include those of which demonstrate the need for cleaning. (See photo from the listing provided of driver's seat). The vehicle did not have a branded / flood title. The bidder was offered, and accepted a $500 refund, and the vehicle was towed from the auction. The bidder has since claimed that the vehicle does not meet the auction's description, 'starts, runs, drives' with an inability to reach a reasonable speed limit. The auction stands behind its description, and therefore, agreed to offer the Bidder a full refund. The vehicle was returned on 1/10/203 the same day the balance of payment was returned to the Bidder.
