We made our 1st payment in September of 2021 the work is still not completed and it is now November 2022. We have had to contact the owner several times throughout the process with no response or explanation as to why the work is not complete. On November 9th (today) Our pantry door has completely detached (the entire door) I am so angry this is totally unacceptable!! There are also several adjustments that we were told would be made to the existing cabinets and no one has come back to do any adjustments or fix any of the remaining issues. The cabinet above the fridge still does not close properly, The pantry drawers do not close easily and need stronger hardware, theres no filler on the end of the upper cabinets, the endcap of the kitchen counter still hasnt been fixed and theres also hardware that needs to be changed out. the hallway for the barn doors still hasnt been done we paid extra money for the materials for that. No one has come back to start it. This has been going on for over a year and we are asking for the job to be completed.
