We have attempted numerous times in the last 9 months to get our pool resurfaced. Cristallo Pools completed the resurfacing over 9 months ago. There are stains and defects in the entire pool. They have promised to fix it, but we never hear back from them. The owner visited our home in December, and promised to have it redone! The ozone system is not working. They saw that it was not working and promised to repair it! They have taken pictures and agreed to repair the problems. Our pool is now green and the surface is defective. We have left respectful messages, texts and emails. Today, March 19 th; still NO response! We do not want to make this a legal matter. We want to handle it respectfully. The company continues to post new pool photos and brag about their jobs. They need to complete our pool. We have paid them in full! Please advise us on our next step.

This was resolved at the same time of this complaint and home owners are very happy.  The plaster had an issue from the manufacturer and was a manufacturers warranty claim.  We were in the process the whole time with the manufacturer.  They sent a rep twice to look at the pool and it was determined that there was an issue with the plaster.  This was during covid and we had numerous other issues with this brand as well which were all redone. The process after plaster wasnt 9 months, it was instant and was on going.  There was a process we had to go by from the manufacturer to get the claim approved which did take some time.  30 days after the pool was replastered, I personally drained it, acid washed it, and repolished at a cost around $4,000 for us which was not charged to owners.  The issues came back within 2 more weeks.  We sent the rep and he told us to do a treatment.  The treatment was done and was not 100 percent effective.  We stayed on it and got the approval from the manufacturer to redo the pool.  Please note that the manufacturer only sends us the product, we still provide the prep, the labor to install, we repolish, and the cost to restart which is north of 8k.  We offered to resurface the pool for free again and the owners declined.  The surface did end up looking much better.  We gave them a free electronic vacuum and offered to resurface it down the road at cost should it ever need it.  The homeowner said they would remove any negative comments or reviews.  I just saw this was not done and will let them know.  The homeowners and manufacturer can verify every fact here.
