    I purchased a Brand new Vehicle at this dealership 4 months ago and 3 weeks into owning this brand I had a Brake issue and concern. I can say this would be a matter that I am not going to toy with since my family's life as well mine is on the line. That being said the vehicle has returned with 3 different repairs for the same issue and not resolved going on forth ! This situation has been brought to the ************ manager several occasions with very poor if any follow up or concern of their customer's well being or final repair and to solidify resolution unless I reached out. I can say that I have not experienced this time of Poor business Practice from a dealership in over 10 years which would relate to elite model of brand. At this point **** and the dealership try to offer a trade instead of talking the car back and putting me in a new one to make this right and safe, leaving me to choose to either be financially implicated for a new one if I proceeded and the ** stating the dealership is not responsible for the product they sell and **** Direct would be. Also stating they are not willing to take the financial Implication dealing with **** so passing off to me .This is taking advantage of a customer and situation with very poor practices.!!! I was told to Deal with the lemon law route and That's it ! if I didn't comply with there terms stating the main issue is what I am paying now for a brand new vehicle and what I would have to pay more moving forward to be in the same exact one after they made a trade to get this vehicle back.

    Whole place is made up of liars and scumbags who wouldnt hesitate to do anything. They sold me a defected vehicle, had it for about two months total, then said theres nothing wrong it. So, finally a year later Im finally going through Audi *** headquarters to get it replaced or bought back.

    I had a service done last week on a power steering part that was still under warranty. I was provided a laundry list of other services my car needs which I was not prepared to have rendered. The front end of the car has been making noise since I picked the car up. I just took it back into service so they could fo a follow-up to check out the noise. The service manager refused to do do. I told him it is bad business to not find out why my vehicle is now making noise when it wasn't before the repair. He told me to leave. Obviously this man doesn't want or need my business. It's criminal what they charge to begin with. I will never go back.

    Had recent experience with both service and sales that restored my faith in car industry. Had a factory-ordered service memo in Dec. of 2021 on my very low mileage 2017 A4 which ended up requiring a part to be obtained to complete service. Part was unavailable in **** and had to be ordered from *******. Holidays and shipping ( part included a lithium battery, so could not be shipped by air-it had to come by boat) pushed ETA for completion into Feb 2022, at best! Breman put me in a nearly-new A5 sport as a loaner and kept me fully informedboth through service management and parts department staff. Responsive, informative and politely apologetic. Both service manager and agent responded to my periodic nagging without a whimper. However, when the VWNoAm ship with Bentleys, VWs and Audis, caught fire and went to the bottom of the North Sea in late February, along with 600 units of the control module part needed to complete my service, my patience wore thin. I asked for an upgrade to my loaner; they provided it. I fell in love with the nearly new red A5 and in March the sales manager put a very attractive price on it. Even though my A4 was still awaiting its part, they offered a generous trade value if I indeed bought my nearly new loaner. To sweeten the deal, the service manager offered a significant good will incentive in recognition of the lengthy down time I had experienced on my A4. I am now in the nearly-nw A5, the A4 was repaired and traded in, and the cash incentive check from ************ cleared the bank. These guys have my business, NQA.
