I placed an order for a pet gate on Aug 7, 2023. It has been almost 6 months and I have not yet received the item. I have emailed them several times with no response. I have called their phone number multiple times but the message says that the number I dialed is not in service. I want my refund back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!Review from Sherri H

I ordered a plant stand and received no communication so I contacted them and they said my order was canceled and I would receive a refund. She even said I would receive a coupon towards future purchases. I didn't cancel the order and never received a refund. Claire initially responded to emails but now she doesn't respond to emails and phone calls. All this occurred September 2023. In looking at all the complaints this was a **** business ?? I'm not ordering anything anymore associated with Facebook.Review from Kristen L

****, ****, **** !!!!!!!!I order on August 16, 2023. I still have not received the items or a refund of my money. I have emailed them 3 times and called their customer service phone line. I still have not received a response from either method. I don't know what else to do!I'm so disappointed in this company, especially when they say their family owned.Why do people feel it's ok to **** and steal money from other people!The system would not let me post this review without selecting a star. Placed an order with them, items not received. Several emails, phone for business disconnected. Items still not received after 3 months. Was informed that this company is part of Shopify, unable to reach them as well. Scam.Review from Johnny B

SCAM! Count me as another victim to these people. They sell you something, then start emailing you to tell you there is a processing error so your stuff didn't ship, but WOW! they have a deal for you! 50% off what you paid if you re-order! They keep making that offer, then eventually confess you'll never get your stuff, but, oh no! they have not been able to refund your money! So go to your credit card and ask them for a chargeback! This is a scam company. They take your money and do not ship the product you ordered. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Do not order anything from them. They will STEAL YOU MONEY.They deserve to be put out of business. NEGATIVE 100 STARS REVIEW.Review from Kay J

Fuzz E Family is not Fuzzy at all!! I bought a cat tree on August 4th 2023 and by mid September, I still had not received the product. I emailed them for a refund and never got a response. They received their money from me, yet I never received the cat tree and tomorrow is Oct. 1! All I was told was that it shipped. I am so disappointed! I was trying to support a family business and this is how they treat people??!! Just terrible! Buyer BEWARE!Review from Joe B

Fake or scam business. Charged my credit card the day I placed the order. It's been 8 weeks and haven't heard anything. I've emailed them several times and never got a response back. The company that hosts their website (Shop) has also removed their website temporarily. Something is a miss here.Review from Lillian S

No customer service! Have ordered automatic cat litter box twice and I haven't gotten either one yet and I can't get a answer from Fuzz-E-Family. I want my ***** paid each time $168.00 total! I can't afford to spend that money for nothing!Review from James M

I love everything about this cat carrier that I got on fuzzefamily and so does Mr. ******** He was always trying to go with me but I didn't want him bebopping around the car so a fur car set it is. PURFECT.
