    I reached out to their customer service team via email requesting a refund and return the unopened product as I am allergic to the ingredients in it that I did not see before purchasing. Their website states 45 days money back guarantee.

    I purchased some product on 9/4/24 (order #*****) and see it was taken out of my bank account, but I have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple emails through their website and by the link provided in the order receipt email and have not gotten any response. At this point. 1 month later, I would just like a refund.

    I placed an order for 3 tubs of protein powder in July and havent recieved a shipping update or product. Ive sent multiple messages through the contact form, replied to an email chain concerning an issue with a previous email, and tried to email them (the email was rejected) and havent received a reply. Ive been trying to contact them for several weeks.

    I ordered a three month supply of Milk Dust Breastfeeding protein powder on August 2, 2024, in the amount of $84.15 for my wife. The amount cleared my account within a day, and I have yet to recieve a notification that it has been shipped. I have sent MULTIPLE emails, and they have only responded to one. I was advised they had to change their shipment courier. On August 25th, I sent an email asking for an update. I recieved no response. On August 31st, I sent an another email requesting a refund. I have yet to receive a response. I am not interested in this product at all at this point. I just want my refund.

    Milkdust takes your money but never sends the product. Ive emailed and they ignore me. I cant even get a refund. Please shut them down. I looked up reviews after my purchase and waiting. All the reviews had the same experience as me. They took the money but never ship the product. Should have read the reviews before. They take advantage of new moms trying to nurse their children. Shame on them.

    I placed an order with Milk Dust 8/10/24. I did not receive an update on my order, so I reached out via their only form of contact-email. Ive sent 4+ emails, to two different email address, since 8/18/24. I was charged for my order 8/12/24. At this point I want a refund, before I report fraudulent activity, with my credit card company for the unfulfilled transaction, along with no contact. I can provide any and all requested information.

    Placed an order almost a month ago. Sent a couple of emails asking for tracking or if my order will be shipped and no response. My account was charged so order was sent through. Tried to contact through social media as well and still no response. It has been over a week, and I still see ads everywhere for their product. Am I being scammed? Im 7 weeks postpartum and didnt need an unreliable product at this time, I wouldnt have spent my money elsewhere.

    I ordered a three month supply of Milk Dust Metabolism on July 5th, in the amount of $119.95. The amount cleared my account within a day, and I have yet to recieve a notification that it has been shipped. I have sent MULTIPLE emails, all of which have yet to be responded to. I was actually hoping to receive the product instead of a refund, until I read other costumer complaints and found where one nursing mother did her research and found that Metabolism is actually NOT SAFE FOR BREASTFEEDING although the company tells mothers that it is safe. I am not interested in this product at all at this point. I just want my refund. That is all.
