First class company they did an awesome job on our windows and slider, the workers where very friendly worked hard till the job was complete, very clean workmen’s ship worked clean threw out the whole job. I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the whole process went. ***, the customer concierge, kept me well informed and answered all my questions promptly. The whole project was right on schedule as promised. The installation crew showed up early, took care of items I pointed out during my inspection, were curious, and clean everything up before they left. So far I am very pleased.Review from Kerry C

We couldn't have picked a better company for our hurricane windows than New South. We drove to West Palm Beach to see the showroom and it was a very worthwhile trip. Once we contracted with New South the company took care of everything. From the service to the product to the installation, we couldn't be more pleased. The windows arrived for installation exactly as we were told. The installation was promptly set and the crew came up to Sebastian and finished the job in one day. The men who did the work were very professional and made the entire experience painless for us. They covered everything in the house with plastic sheeting to cut down on dust and protect our belongings. I appreciated the care they took with my antique furniture and glassware. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire house leaving nothing behind to indicate they had been there all day. The men caulked the windows on the inside and outside and also did any necessary repairs to the outside stucco. They did a great job. I would like to add that all communication I had with the company either in person, at the showroom, or on the phone was very pleasant, professional, and always helpful. This entire experience from start to finish warrants nothing less than a five star rating.Review from Robin M

The company representative, ******, is a gentleman who is so very well versed at explaining; the company, the processes it uses, the products it produces and the benefits there of, it becomes a logical decision to go with NewSouth Windows which we have. His demeanor, manner, and knowledge, convey confidence in the company he represents, confidence that translates into infectious trust.
