            ******* Guilbe is operating under his spouse ***** Guilbe's contract license. ******* completed a screen enclosure on my home, albeit very late and beyond the promised time frame, he did have the people whom he subcontracted complete the work. I was forced to communicate with the subcontractors on my own accord as he does not communicate with the customer despite multiple attempts. The problem occurred when the project was complete and after some time I questioned why I had not been contacted by the city for inspection of the structure. I was told a permit was filed which I had paid for. Upon contacting the city i was informed no such permit had been filed. Only after I threatened litigation did he respond and attempted to appease me by filing for a permit. However, after continued contact with the city building department I was informed they did not receive any necessary documentation and they had not been paid for the permit request. In essence $1,000 for permitting and engineering and I cannot get my structure insured, ******* Guilbe continues to ******* customers like myself. i consider myself lucky only being taken advantage of for $1,000 and a permit considering the other complaints against his company. Please beware, do not hire Guilbe under any circumstances, he is fraudulent in his practice and his promise.

            Contract was signed and a deposit of $2,276.24 was paid to Guilbe Construction LLC to install a fence in the backyard of our residence. The project was supposed to be completed by December 15, 2024. I have made several calls and texts to the company and being told it has a pending install start date, however, would not tell me the date. The company said the fencing material would be dropped off December 12, 2024 and it was not. They sent a text that they would not be able to install the fence and I requested my refund back and have not received it. They are no longer accepting my calls or replying to my texts messages.

We are now over 100 days and nothing has happened, zero communication from this company. There-fore no communication to resolve this issue, we have tried.Their license #**********

            I hired someone to build a screen porch on my property and they used Guilbe Construction to do the design and paperwork needed to obtain the permit. I started this process in September 2023 and my permit was finally approved in March 2024. Guilbe Construction submitted incorrect information to Palm Beach County ****************** the paperwork has to be re-done, Guilbe did not check on the process, he did not log in to pay any fees even though he had already been paid to pull the permits and complete the paperwork. Once the permit was issued, I contacted the sub-contractor to let him know I had the permit and he completed the job. The job has been complete for about 3 weeks and I have called and left messages for Guilbe Construction to schedule an inspection. No one ever answers the phone or calls me back and to date the inspection has not been scheduled. I have paid the sub-contractor (the person I hired to complete the screen enclosure) and he told me that he has paid Guilbe Construction for the permitting process. I made two payments to ***************** myself because Guilbe Construction would not go online to make the payments. Had I not made the payments I probably would still be waiting for the permit to be issued and therefore my screen enclosure would not be complete. I need the inspection to be scheduled and hopefully, it passes so that I can be done with this horrible contractor.

            We entered into a contract to have a 6' privacy, light grey vinyl fence installed and the demo of an old existing fence. In early November we paid for the materials and permit. Since then we have had few and far between contact from the business, despite our repeated efforts to contact them. The last message on Dec 17, 2023 said if it was not installed by Christmas then it would be installed for free and our money returned. We have sent several messages and have had NO reply since then.

            We have come to an agreement with the customer to give them a full refund, we had a family emergency. She went on to bash us all over social media so we decided to refund the money entirely.
