BEWARE The absolute worst company out there. They are scammers and liars . Once they scam you they never answer your calls. Put in a faulty compressor and broke down within a month , 2 months of calling them FINALLY they came out and SPENT 2 minutes staring at the unit and said it was fine as I sit here in the heat and hiring another company to fix their scamming mess , then charged me $1300 for freon , 3X what it should have cost. I have AHS and was given this company for my repair. I couldn't be more impressed with this company!!! They worked with AHS and myself and got my AC fixed. *** came in and had it fixed right away, he also said he wanted to check one more thing and whatever it was it was moving slower than normal, so he fixed it as well. He couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. This was actually the 2nd time he came to the rescue. I highly recommend Burleson Services!!!Review from Sandra H

BEWARE OF THE COMPANY.... My Home warranty Company (AHS) sent them to my home due to my A/C drain problem. I was told that the problem was my air handler and since the AHS did not cover that repair it would cost $1212.50. Relying on their subject matter expert I agreed, had the air handler cleaned. Very next day I fell due to the water once again backing up onto my tile floor., buckets down with towels, having to change buckets every 3-4 hours. The company came back out and couldn't clear the line. I asked what they were going to do to fix it. I got the run around, I told them that I would contact AHS and place a complaint. The owner said he didn't like to be threaten and told his employees to walk off the job. I was able to get another company to come in and snake the line and free it up. I will be taking legal action against this company. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is not the first complaint on their repair or the way they treat their customers....Review from Arverla N.

This company is the worst. They do not care about their customers, period. This company will lie to your face and the entire office is in on the lie. I was scheduled for a routine service I was rescheduled 3 times. Today my A/C was scheduled for service the technician lied and said it was raining where I lived and he had pictures. It did not rain nor did it rain. The office stood by his lie. Now my A/C doesn’t work. I can’t use a company that lies to their customers. I can’t use a company that doesn’t put their customers first. I am an asthmatic with no A/C I explained to the company I am an asthmatic and I need the A/C working. This company did not care for my wellbeing.

WE CK WEATHER RADAR AND WAS RAIN. ALSO ONLY A PSC FOR HER UNIT THUR HOME WARRTY. WE TOLD HER SHE WOULD NEED REG WORK ORDER. THEN SHE SAID WE WERE RACES. AT THAT TIME WE SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY. I WISH HER LUCK IN THE FUTURE. ANDREW ********.Customer Response

Beware of this company they do not do good work, nor do the tell the truth. I had the worst experience with them and they lie. Do your homework before choosing them. Burleson does not keep their word. I was rescheduled 4 times with a response why, then they lied and said it was raining it did not rain in Gainesville, Fl that day. Do not call this company for a service. Burleson was removed from ******* **** ****** do to the many complaints.Review from Joel T

*** IS A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY DO NOT MAKE OUR APPOINTMENTS. MR. **** WAS NOTIFIED ON 3/21/22 AT 10:01 A MESSAGE WAS LEFT ON HIS MACHINE. ON 3/21/22 ANOTHER MESSGE WAS LEFT AT 3:42 AGAIN ON 3/24/22
A MESSAGE WAS LEFT A 3:43. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, THAT IS WHY HE WASN'T NOTIFIED TILL 3/21/22.
IF THE WARRANTY NOTIFIED HIM THAT HE WOULD AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY THAT IS INCORRECT. THEY PROBABLY
TOLD HIM THEY WOULD BE CALLED THE NEXT DAY.

We have no messages and there is nothing in the call log for the times mentioned. Also they spelled our name wrong.
