My wife and I had went with Proformance roofing on our previous house, and did a really good job. Based on that previous experience we contracted them to replace the roof on our new house. The initial roof replacement went poorly with a month worth of delays while shingles were stored on our roof for the same amount of time. Once the replacement took place the crew was non-communicative, did not put tarps on our roof to protect against rain, and when finished had done a poor job during installation. As shingles were severely warped and did not flatten after 10months and the crew left exposed nail heads on the shingles. I was left really disappointed as I knew the quality of Proformance based on my previous houses roof replacement. After 10months I reached out to Proformance and received exceptional customer service. The inspection team came on site super quick and quickly realized that the roof needed to be replaced, and did not fight me on it. I was assigned a whole new crew and was assigned reroof supervisors Jacob Perez and Roberto Fernandez. Jacob and Roberto did an amazing job with communication, coordinating my concerns with the crew, and addressing any touch up items with competence and expedience. Subsequent to the installation of the initial roof we painted the house, replaced trim meeting the roof line, and installed new gutters. Jacob and Roberto did a great job communicating to the crew to be cautious around the newly installed areas and were on site during the project making sure my concerns were addressed. In summary the initial install went poorly and chalked it up as a fluke; however, the customer service on the replacement roof went above and beyond, and would recommend Proformance. I would also recommend anyone to request Jacob and Roberto as their supervisors on their projects if going with Proformance. For reference I attached the initial roof and the reroof after exceptional customer service.

We had Jim **** as our sales representative. He gave us a very thorough presentation of the services provided by Proformance Roofing. He always was in contact with us through the whole process. The roofers were here on time and worked very hard. They did their job well. The clean up efforts were great and efficient. The roof looks wonderful and we are thankful for all who worked on our roof. The site manager Leo was also very imformative and here to make sure things were done right. Thank you all very much for all you did to replace our roof. Thank you for hard working men, and site managers who worked hard even in the heat. Thank you for a great sales representative Jim ****. We really appreciate all he did for us from answering our questions to making sure we were well taken care of. I will definitely recommend Proformance Roofing to those who need a roofing company. We are very pleased with the job Proformance Roofing did replacing our roof. We had 4 bids, all about the same, but it was Kristy who was the deciding factor. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. She answered all our questions, kept everything on track, and made sure we were kept completely up to date. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Performance roofing, or better yet Kristy, could not have been more accommodating or professional throughout the entire process post hurricane Ian. Performance started the roof replacement on the day we agreed on and finish the job quickly. The roof looks great! We are very please with the job and outcome of our new roof. Even better, the price for the quality was terrific. Kristy was in communication, the entire time via text, emails and phone calls. We knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. In my opinion, Kristy and the team are not only accommodating, professional, and caring. I would not use any other roofing company in southwest Florida.
