I believe this company to be a scam. I placed my order on Aug 14th, have not received a shipping confirmation or my order, I have attempted to contact them multiple times by email (the only contact option available) with automated responses stating give them 24-72 hours to respond, which never happens. I would not give this business any stars but you can’t post until you do. I ordered back in January and even though I gave them a corrected address way before the order was processed I was assured it would go to my corrected address it didn’t. I have been lied to multiple times with so many excuses. The last I was sent a shipping label on 5/16 and told she was dropping it off at the post office and I would see it update the next day, it’s now 5/28 and the post office says they have never received the pkg. I have sent her snapshots from the tracking and contacted the post office. The tracking number has now been removed from tracking. I’m so tired of trying to be patient. I don’t know what is so hard about following through with orders instead of lieing and risking your businesses credibility. I have never received my pkg or a refund. Messages are ignored. I will never do business with her again.Review from Nikki L

Terrible customer service. Placed an order March 12, 2023 and a tracking number was provided on March 15, 2023. Checked tracking occasionally and the package never left the location. Reached out on March 31 to check on any updates, and received a response of "Turn around time is 14 to 21 business days." Don't think they ever bothered to even look for my order. Emailed again on April 9th, and no response was made. Contacted via FB on April 15, received a response that my order was still there in the warehouse and she was shipping it out that day. Checked tracking a few days later... still hasn't moved. Emailed again on April 21, response says they shipped it out but tracking never updated. I requested a refund, still nothing. First and last time customer. Do not order from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on March 2nd. Reached out to the company several times before getting a response about not receiving my order. They let me know that shipping takes 14-21 business days. It’s now April 17th and I still have not received my order. When contacting them I had to send several messages again before receiving a response. Requested refund last week and still haven’t received it or received a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
