Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2022/09/12) */ My apologies for the delay with this response. Apparently this was going into my Spam folder. I updated my Profile with the BBB today. I am unable to identify the patient as a current patient of Fl Cardiology. I would need an additional identifier (DOB/ Account #/ Phone #) I was also unable to open any of the HIPAA Attachments Msg" File Error" If you could provide some additional information, I would like the opportunity for some additional time to research and see what I can do to assist this customer's concerns. Thank you Rocheson ********************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 24, 2022/09/14) */ I checked the complaint activity report and Rochelle R******************** from Florida Cardiology sent an email or correspondence to you the same day I received this email.
