I don't know how this company got my phone number but they are consistently calling and texting me up to 6 times a day for the past week to schedule a appointment. I live in south Georgia and do not own a home. I rent. I've blocked the number on my phone but some how they still get thru. Not a professional business practice! Will never do business with them!

On March 16, 2022 I went into a contract with Cainpro Remodeling LLC for the replacement of a roof for a home I was going to be purchasing. I purchased the home on the 29th of March with my husband ****************. The Contract for the roof replacement was $6,580 with the fine print of extra sheets of wood being $105 a piece after the first one as the first one was free. I have attached the receipt of full payment on the 1st of April. On my May second the roof replacement finally began and shortly after they arrived on site, I received a change order from Cainpro for an increase charge of $1900. As I was at work, I had no knowledge of the state of my roof and with two young daughters to think about I had no other choice but to sign it as I did not want two little girls getting home from elementary school with one giant sunroof. I spoke with their representative Natasha to request an itemized receipt for proof of all the wood purchased, a more secure way of making payments versus the ones she sent me, and payment plan options. I was reassured she would assist me in this and then never heard back from CainPro until today when the representative called inquiring about my CC information and no knowledge of my conversation with her colleague. I reiterated that I would like to have validation and proof of charges versus just the invoice that states "Roof need actual repair". Carina C**** is whom I spoke with today, 5/16, and she just continually circled back to that I signed the Change agreement, and she needed my CC information. The subcontractors that agreement, had at my property also performed in an unprofessional manner. The first day on the job site I came home to Styrofoam food containers, plastic water bottles, and soda cans littering my front yard and on my patio furniture. The second and third day of the job they had left prior to my arrival home but, on the final day of the job I arrived home, with two cockatoos and two dogs on the property.
