    I called to discussed in length the glasses I wanted to purchase ******* at Torch EyeWear to make sure they could provide what I wanted, (Sunglasses, prescription with progressive lenses, polarized and mirrored, "golf" colored lenses) I wanted to make sure before I ordered them. He said they could do ******* would take about 2 weeks for me to get ********* confirmation said I would receive them by 7/25 to 7/29/24. He also helped me on the online order to make sure I completed it correctly as we discussed. 6 wks later, I still don't have the glasses. When I called to follow up on them, they told me they would be done in 2 wks and they would get them to me. I waited & received some glasses on 8/12/24 that were not the golf colored lenses, not polarized & not mirrored. I called & told ***** this & he sent me a return label. I sent the glasses back on 8/13/24 & requested what I had originally requested & paid for. On 9/14 I rec'd the replacements & on 9/16/24 I called ***** & spoke to him again, stating they are not polarized, not mirrored and the prescription is off as they are blurry halfway down thru the progressive **************** cannot wear them if they are blurry. I then asked for a return label & asked for a full refund back as I am not going to get a pair of glasses as requested & ordered, & that I can see through. He sent me another return label & said they probably won't provide me with a refund. I said they better because they did not produce the glasses I had ordered & the ones provided, I cannot see through. I returned the glasses on 9/16/24. On 10/8/24 I sent an email to their cust **** asking where my refund was. I received an email from their ********* stating they received the glasses I returned & tried telling me I have to get used to progressive lenses. I told them I have been wearing progressive lenses for 5 ************* glasses were not as ordered, & again asked for a full refund. Nothing has been received. I want my full refund!
