    I trusted Sheegog Contracting on replacing a new roof, guttering and downspouts, to my home, due to, and caused by hurricane ***. During the transactions their attitudes began to change. First, there was an increase and price changed from the actual contract. Then, they refused to put tarp on leaks which caused damage to the imterior living room ceiling. The date changed from the actual day the work was to started. ***** ******* the manager became very rude and practiced negligence and refusing to answer my calls. Then became other problems with the payments as they refused to follow the proper protocols with the insurance payments and how the payments were made by *******************. They wanted me to mail them the check without ********** endorsement. It became more problem after I went to ********** and have the bank make the payments. After Sheegog received their payments their block my calls went I to notify them of repairs that are needed and improperly quality of work.They don't answer to my calls, nor my emails to them. My sacio and gutters need repairs as Sheegog Contracting keeps blocking inquiries to fix the necessary problems. I need some from Sheegog Contracting over so I can present the issues, instead I am not being treated like a customer. They told ********** they don't trust me. I have done everything that is required to make this work properly. Sheegog instead Contracting instead continues to allow my home to deteriorate deliberately. The actual contract was $36,000. In the end it was raised to $42,408.. roughly

    I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and I'm glad that we had the chance to recently discuss this with you. As was consistent throughout our process with each other, we have some misunderstandings.  The tarp you requested after the hurricane to prevent further damage was, in fact, completed. The mortgage company being listed as a payee on the check from the insurance company can be extremely difficult to navigate to get it deposited.  That is why we offer assistance guiding customers such as yourself through that process and taking payment only when that payment is made available by a 3rd party, instead of making customers pay the money out-of-pocket and leaving them to deal with the mortgage company themselves. Again, it seems there is some misunderstanding of the situation and what transpired. 

    In regards to the phone calls, you had been calling one of our employees personal phone calls and due to the volume and nature of the calls, the employee felt uncomfortable and blocked any further contact to her personal phone. Since you were not calling the office, we were not receiving any communication from you.  After speaking with you recently, we tested out you calling the office just to verify that we can receive your calls.  Furthermore it has been identified that there is no repair to complete at this time and the issue was more a fear of needing to contact us and not being able to.  I'm glad that we could resolve this with you and make you feel confident that if you need us, we are here for you

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Dear ***** *******,
    The information provided to you by Sheegog Contracting *** are totally and fully slanderous, and untrue. 
    The lady who had once called me from her personal phone number, I was only returning the call being I did not recognized who's number that belong to. She then stated that it was her personal number and I never used nor ever call her back to that number ever again.
    As far as the tarp installation goes, I made several attempts to contact manager, named ***** ******* to come and retarp the living room because water peneteated and stained the interior of my living room ceiling. As per manager ***** ******* he stated for me to paint the ceiling. 
    I am blocked from any calls, and emails I attempt to make to Sheegog Contracting. The reasons to callings is that the soffit panels are cut too short as the panels continues to break loose from aligners and setting. I have called Sheegog Contracting and I am never able to make contact with any of their staff members as I am blocked from calling, and disrespected with rudeness, or have the phone hung on me when I tried to call Sheegog Contracting. 
    I need the Sheegog Contracting ** to send their repair staff to cut any new panels properly to make the soffit panels stop from falling.
    I have make contacts with other companies Bone-Dry Roofing and Florida Exterior Gutter & Roofing and paid these other companies out of pocket to repair the sloppy and shoddy work Sheegog has done to my property. 
    It is would be only fair after Sheegog Contracting received $42,408,81 to provide me with the attention that is importantly needed and necessary. 
    Sheegog has slandered to you with their respond to this matter. I am unable to contact with them even when I attempt to call the office main phone number. 
    I need Sheegog Contracting to take the professional approach and not conduct themselves by slandered. Make an appointment with me so I can provide them with the utmost respect and resolve the matter professionally.
    I don't appreciate Sheegog Contracting slanderous behaviors. I don't call them to socialize; I attempt to call Sheegog Contracting only for them to complete the work they received payments. 
    Make an appointment so I can present their staff where repairs are necessary. The soffit are cut too short and are falling apart.

    It has become very clear to us in our communication and business proceedings with this customer that they are not entirely of sound mind. Throughout the entire project, we get one side of the customer on the phone or in person, and then later an entirely different version.  Concerns that are addressed or resolved one moment are brought back again later as if new. Mr. ******* was unstable to the point of being very obscene and vulgar in email, text and over the phone to the point that we filed a police report and one of my employees had to block his number.  As my first response indicates, we did in fact call and walk the customer through contacting us, tested it by having him call, and can (as we always have been able) to receive his phone calls. Our last conversation with him resulted in nothing we can do to his property and yet he continues on about an issue that does not exist or have anything to do with the work that we did. On the phone this is resolved but then he responds this way, which of course is typical of his past behavior throughout the project.  

    We cannot locate the police report for me to attach. I can send over email threads that may show the customers instability if you so desire.  I am requesting this review, or at the very least his second reply, removed by reason of mental capacity of the customer.

    I"m not sure where the communication issue is coming from as we have not blocked any numbers from calling our office.  We have dedicated staff to receive calls and as any other service industry business, answering the phone is of the utmost importance.  After your initial BBB complaint, we called you and tested out you calling the office to verify there were no issues.  You did not state any issues that we needed to look at or remedy. After responding to my BBB complaint response, you called in again and again, we answered. You stated an issue with the soffit that we needed to look at. You told us that you hit it with a broom to kill wasps and it then displaced it from it's place.  Whether it was caused by your actions or possible cut a little too short, we stated and intend to come out and make whatever adjustments are necessary.

    If you had other roofing companies make repairs to our roof, we have zero knowledge of any complaints regarding our installation from you. If there are work orders you would like to send over to us, I would be more than happy to review them.

    Hello to all in relation to my complaint with bbb against Sheehog Contracting.

    I would like to know when is Sheegog Contracting is going to send the staff from the production department to finish with the repairs to the soffit they installed.

    Sheegog contracting has made any official date to fix the issues with the soffit.

    I am waiting on a respond from Sheegog Contracting to tell me the date when they will be here.

    "Any day when we get to your area" 

    is not how you treat a customer. 

    How much longer do I have to wait. Also, my phobe calls are being ((BLOCKED)).

    I believe that we as adults should be able to handle this situtation in a professional manner.

    Sheegog keeps trying to cover themselves from the damages done, and want to make me look like the bad guy.

    Sheegog is paid in full. The problems was caused by their staff, and not by me. 

    It is Sheegog who is holding back from completing the work properly. I have done nothing wrong, but only taking insults, humiliations, and slandering towards me from the Sheegog Contracting staff.

    The complaint at hand is in regards to a small area of soffit that has become dislodged and/or missing. In an effort to move past this for everyone, we are working with the client to get it replaced at our expense.

    I sent all of the information necessary. 

    As you are aware, Sheegog has been neglecting to fix the problem.

    I sent to Sheegog everything they requested. I replied to all of your messages, and forwarded it to all parties involved.

    SHEEGOG HAS NEGLECTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. 

    ALSO, SHEEGOG HAS BLOCKED ME FROM MAKING CONTACT WITH THEM IN GOOD FAITH.

    I want to keep my complaint open until the problem is resolved.

    I tried to send a video to ***** via email, I was unsuccessful being the file was too large. Instead, I sent the videos to ***** from Sheegog via text messages.

    Now, hurrcaine ****** blew away the soffit that were cut too short, and the soffit panels that were not fasten with nail or screws.

    A repair technician was scheduled to complete soffit work at Mr. ********* home on Dec. 23. However, the technician visited on Dec. 22 and found the work already completed. Mr. ******* confirmed he had reattached the soffit himself and requested verification of his work. The production team is coordinating with him to send another technician, either later this week or next, to inspect the installation. Communication with Mr. ******* has remained clear and ongoing.

    I keep waiting, waiting and waiting on someone to arrive to complete the necessary work needed. 

    Sheegog keeps promising each and every week, weekly stating that someone from production will have some one come over to the property.

    Nothing has been done but promises on weekly notice phone, verbal notification.

    THE WORK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.NO MEMBER FROM SHEEGOG HAS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO THIS MATTER. 

     Same game procedures as always. Please keep this case open. I will continue to wait as I will also keep BBB informed.
