In March 2021, we contacted 4Seasons about covering our patio. 4S put us in touch with *****, owned by ***************************, who they said does 4S work in this area. We signed the contract with 2H on 8 Apr 2021 and paid a $15k+ deposit. Work didn't start until November 2021. My 2H contact, ********, told us the roof panels were in ******* and our project should be completed within a couple weeks. Then for the next couple months, she kept telling us they couldn't do anything else until the roof panels arrived, even though she had said they had already arrived in November. They finally went up in Feb 2022. I could go on and on, but there isn't enough room here. For 22 months now we've heard many excuses, even outright lies. Many different workers, many of whom didn't seem qualified at all. We've paid out so much more than the original estimate, paying 2H over $35k, then also having to pay for all the materials and the workers directly (what did we pay 2H for exactly?) Then a few months ago ******** said we should pay workers through 2H or they won't guarantee the work, after she specifically had told us to pay the workers directly all that time! 2H blames the workers, and the workers say 2H are bad news. We'll go for weeks or even months without any contact. Weve had a different contractor and electrician take a look at what 2H has done, and they said much of it needs to be completely redone. The roof is at the wrong angle, for starters. It still leaks, and the window has never been installed, so all the electrical work has been exposed to the elements. Electrician said the new breaker box 2H installed needs to be replaced - scorched area in the back - it's a fire hazard. After trying to be patient and understanding for almost 2 years, we still have an unfinished mess, so we've had no choice but to talk to our attorney. It's been a 22 month nightmare. Wish we'd looked at BBB in the beginning.Initial Complaint

Demolition and framing started approximately mid-May2022. All materials from demolition were never removed. The job was not professionally done well. Workers had to do over some of wood that should have been treated wood but was not. I was told in May by ***** that windows had been ordered and it would take 5 weeks for windows to come. Several weeks went by but no workers showed up. By October no windows and no workers after delivery of bricks twice wrong color. After several emails, text messages and phones calls and none returned, ***** had to be that contractor that was up to scamming customers. I am a 70 year old that has no money to waste. ***** has scammed several customers and should be stopped now. It is unfortunate that he does not have the integrity to create a brand for his company. In this case the consumer has got to take it to the next level. *************************** the contractor should be put in jail for scamming customers. I have hired another contractor to complete the job and we are almost done. So many months wasted waiting for ***** to do the right thing. Not in his DNAInitial Complaint

We hire this company a little over a month ago. ***** came out to the house to give us an estimate and to see if he wanted to take the job. He took the job which consisted of tearing up decking, putting down sand, aggregate, and brick, hanging a tv and mount, hanging an awning, moving an electrical outlet, painting a couple of ceilings, and fixing a small 2x2 hole in the drywall. He asked for a 65% down payment and stated he would get us on the schedule. We did not hear back from for a couple weeks, and it took forever to get in touch. Each time we were met with excuses on why no one could come out. Finally, the painter came out, and after he was done, we found out that we had to pay him even though we put a down payment on everything already. Basically, we paid double. After they demoed our deck, we stopped hearing from *****. After a strongly worded email he contacted us and advised that he would come out to the house and complete all other projects while waiting on the brick to be delivered. He never came, and it took 5 days just to get in touch with him. He told us he was not coming out and that he wanted to wait until the brick was delivered and do everything at once, which is not what he said. This company is very shady, and based on reviews on FB and BBB, something is up. I feel like they are charging double, and the way ***** is running his business, is suspect. To have someone take our money and then for all purposes, not do a thing with that money is a bit weird, but then when you add on the fact that he does not respond to calls/text/email, it makes it look a lot more suspect. Based on all other reviews of customers having similar issues, I feel like this company should be investigated at the very least. We understand the current state of supplies, but we now have a porch that has no decking on it whatsoever, the painting left paint all over the inside of my house, and nothing else has even been started. Thanks for your timeInitial Complaint

I reached out to Four Seasons to have motorized shades installed on my pergola in the back yard. They had 2HIREaContractor sub contract to install the blinds. The blinds were finally installed in June of 2021, the blinds began to malfunction in April of 2022. I sent 6 emails and 3 voicemails that were unanswered. I contacted Four Seasons to offer assistance in contacting ***************************, Owner. They opened a Case SW3936-WASHINGTON/***** on June 6th. Four Seasons was initially contacted on April 15, 2022 at 1:09 pm about the issue in responses to ******* faileure to respond to correspondence. ***** called me on April 22, 2022 at 4:41 pm and stated he would have one of the members of his team come out the following week. He sent out a worker named **** on May 16, 2022 and he stated the 2 blinds had issues, one was installed backwards and one was defective based on the initial installation and failure to buildout the pergola with more wood. In a text on May 20, 2022 at 10:17 am, **** stated he had informed ***** that the blinds need to be replaced and he submitted the measurements to ***** to re-order. I reached out to ***** on May 24, 2022 and he replied by text on May 27, 2022 at 11:19 am with the following text message, " Yes, but it's gonna take a while to get those ordered 4Seasons4Hire ************." Between May 27, 2022 and June 27, 2022, I sent 4 text messages and 3 emails to ***** with no responses. I would like for my blinds to be repaired based on the fact they began to malfunction less than a year after install and based on the observation that they were installed incorrectly. I paid $9464 for 3 motorized shades on the pergola in my backyard and as you can see by the attached pictures this work is unacceptable and refusals to respond to correspondence is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

I began looking for a company to do work at my home at the end of June of 2020. On or about July 2nd 2020, I received an email from ***************************(owner), to schedule a visit my home to view and discuss work i wanted done. ***** himself came and we agreed that he would be doing the work. We agree 1. The existing deck would be extended and covered, with a upper roof with matching shingles to be placed to match the existing roof. 2. The rest of the deck and existing gazebo pressure washed and entire project to be stained and or painted with my personal selection of stain or paint. I paid *************************** over $30,000 as we agreed per contract.Pressure washing not complete, painting never done, roof incomplete, under decking and roof leaking, no pitch placed for water to flow into attached gutters. Under decking opened causing stray ************** to live in my newly insulated attac, existing ramp not put back correctly, pickets laying on deck never placed. The original team that started the project disappeared. ***** had excuses after excuses why this team wasn't on the job. One being they were on another job. Wow. I paid all the money asked for and the crew on another job using my money. Once I had to bring to keiths attention how the workers were using my money paid to purchase personal items. ***** reimbursed me those couple of dollars. Months going by and all I got was 1st crew left will be getting another together. I called. Texted and could not get *****. When he did call back, crew and he had covid. Time continue to pass. When I finally got *****, season changed and he promised they would continue in the spring. When the spring came no *****. I continued to call and text. Finally he is going to send another project guy. He did and that guy states the structure need to be knocked down and redone. ***** agreed. Text, call no *****. Reception states project guy no longer with company. I need help getting restitution for this bad work.
