    I feel I was discriminated against. I rented a room and I was treated very very bad and they also gave my room key to somebody that was not on my room and I was not there and tried to hold me responsible and they did not carry out there their end of the contract, and I would definitely like something done they ruined my ******** *** they are are bully’s and voileted many of rights

    Hello,

    We did not treat her the way she claims that she was treated. We do not hand out keys to any person that is not listed on the registration, that is just part of our hotel policy. It applies to all our guest. She rented the room early morning around 11:00 am, mainly to use the pool. The maximum guest allowed in the room type she rented was 4. We see many people coming by after she rented the room just to use the pool. We even had to tell them at the times that there can be only 4 people allowed in the room and at the pool area. We have no clue if she gave the keys to any of her daughter or family member. We have no control once that key is handed to the customer and what they do with it. Below are some notes that we have from our night audit person and notes from the evening shift personnel.

    Room *** - Loud and we lost two rooms to the guy walking around with no shirt on and the potential guest did not want to stay here with the party people. I asked them to go the room or leave the property.  This was round 12:00am

    HAD TO CALL GUEST SAID ONLY TWO PEOPLE BUT SHE RENTED ROOM FOR OTHERS. SEEN MULTIPLE PEOPELE AT POOL AND ADVISED OF OUR POLICY THEY LEFT AROUND 12 MIDNIGHT KERNICE HAD TO TALK WITH GUEST IN ROOM TO LEAVE OR GO IN ROOM QUIETLY  DUE TO COMPLAINTS AND LOUD NOISE AND LOST 2  POTENTIAL GUEST AS WELL.

    it was ******* *** and my mom and step mom came by to *** ***** ******* *** dressed in ther sunday. I didn’t know you have visitors in a room i paid. These people are liars and I can prove it when i went back to my room no opened the door and ther was a boy in the room I didn’t even know and I had both the keys my daughters friend went and infotnankeyi wasn’t even there I want my money back or I want to file a claim i can prove everything I’m saying these lady is a bully and they harassed stalked the whole visit
