    Rainey used cars breached my contract by fraudulently converting my contract without my permission my reconditioning or with out my signature. My aunt who is also on my contract had no awareness of any changes to the contract they raised my payment forced me to pay a 625$ payment in which it was initially 277$ after I went today to make a payment is when I was told my contract had been amended I continued telling them I had no knowledge of the changes me nor my aunt agreed or signed anything. Bad things is I am being force to pay different amounts at need of my vehicle. I’m unaware of if to remain paying any additional money until I’m aware of who can sign my contract without my consent forcing me to miss doctors appointments kids practice and different daily activities. When you don’t pay your vehicle is shut off With the lost of my job. I was forced to pay in July an amount of 426.00 thinking it had been changed not knowing they said I paid 510.00 how when I had a balance from my biweekly payment in June which was 235.00 that would be around 745 750 not 625.00 I’ve never paid late fees long as I’ve had my vehicle in July I paid 625.00 being 15 days past due My contract was signed and amended by someone without my consent I asked over and over for the person who did it I was given the run around for 9 hours today I know it was illegal to fraudulently make changes to my payments and initial contract agreement I’m look to take further actions for my loss of money my stress during these last 3 months my absence in being able to provide transportation for my kids to school from practices and other extracurricular activities the problem wasn’t resolved today I got no answers they first tried to force me to make another 600$ payment in which I never agreed on or signed. we didn’t have a clue of changes made to our contract until 2 months after the changes all I did was stop by ask a few questions about amending the contract they took it upon there own.

    I purchased a vehicle from the raineys on *****/2024. I did not have a paystub on hand due to starting a new job, but they allowed me to purchase the vehicle anyway. I was advised that I had 30 days to return the vehicle and i would recieve a full refund if I do not wish to keep it for whatever reason. I was not sent or provided any paperwork that I signed at the facility and I feel they avoided giving me the paperwork to try to deceive me if I were to want to return the vehicle. About 2 weeks after the purchase, I noticed the vehicle had mechanical problems. I then contacted the salesman Anthony, and informed him that I wish to return the car for a full refund since the car is already having issues. He transferred my call back to their front desk and never answered or returned a call after. He has avoided all contact with me. On the pamphlet I was provided, my payment is quoted at $200 every 2 weeks, but now they are saying my payments are $250 every 2 weeks. Again, if they would have provided copies of the contract, I would know what the definite amount would be. I went online to check the date for my first payment and it was ******2024. But, they deactivated my car on *****/2024 staying that I missed a payment due on ******2024. When I went back online the date was changed to ****** * made the payment and went on about my day. I have been in contact with ******************** via email and even he stopped replying to me as I was trying to find a resolution to the problem. It has been reported to my credit that a loan has been taken out for this car and I was not informed of that. I have had so many problems and all of this could have been resolved if they would have upheld their commitment to refunding me within 30 days of a return. If the issue is not resolved soon, I WILL result to finding a resolution through the court system. All I want is a refund for this car that is still under WARRANTY! This is not an AS IS car!

    A company who is really a scam. They basically cut your car off in 3 days if you don’t make a payment. So if your payment is due on Friday. You can’t go to work Monday. I literally lost my job because of this. Had no way to work. The car has been of going on 3 weeks now and I get a call that it’s going to be repossessed even if I do get the balance down. Even with the balance being 451. Not even exceeding over $1,000. The scam is basically if you miss your payment they come pick up your car basically to put it on the lot and sell it again.

    I scheduled for my back seat to get repaired and they haven’t fixed it and a leak in the ceiling plus and oil changed and battery change and they haven’t changed mu oil and i made the appointment on ******* ***2023 and they scheduled me to take my car to them on ******* ***2023 And i told them wat the issue was Car wouldnt crank and all and they refused to do anything except for the leak that was coming from my hood on top of the car and im still under warranty and i walked up to raineys today and they said they wasnt gone fix my back seat i told them about the oil change wen coming in for my appointment and i spoke to john over the service department and he saying I didn’t tell them that wen i did and I had a witness that was with me that day about a oil change and my oil was on 15% its like they dont wanna fix anything and im still under warranty and paying out my pocket.I just want my car fix and they dont wanna answer the phone when i call so i had to go up there. I told them about the weather strip on my car and the lady said she gone. Make sure they check all four door and they didnt do it

    When I picked my car up I cranked it up

    it had these lights on and i told john in the service department at Rainey used cars these lights wasn’t on when I dropped it off to get repaired and i tried to address the issue and all he said was its fine and i was scared and traumatized to drive the vehicle back home and

    they did some stuff to mu vehicle without mu permission and i didnt ask them to fix and they want me to pay $1,257.00 in repairs when i had a complaint of 3 things that was on warranty and they messed my car up

    they didnt put a new battery in my car i had to buy my own car battery because they didnt want to and want me to pay for repairs that I didnt request or do extra work to my car without permission. And every time i call to speak to  john the manager at Rainey used cars at the service department they say he in a meeting every day out the week morning till closing time every day. They dont pick up the phone when calling so i had to go up there and they still didnt wanna tell me anything or let me talk to the manager

    I’ve been dealing with Rainey for a while now! My first experience has led up to multiple experiences and they’ve been horrible! My car is in the shop More than I have it due to them not fixing it core and also falsely charging me for things they tore up,or didn’t replace back! Now my balance has another 3,000 balance on it and no one can explain it! Falsely claiming they fixed things that hasn’t been fixed and over charging me! Also added additional to My payments until I took my papers up there! This company is horrible and only is out for money,unprofessional and needs to have a better staff! Mr,Tommy does try his best but his workers will mess his business up! Like I previously stated this has happened numerous of times and it’s very over whelming! I’ve been put it dangerous situations due to this car and the maintenance that they did to it! Remind you no other complaint has touched my car!

    I called ****** ********... to let them know the device was malfunctioning. The first person I spoke with said it wasn't the device she was in the collections department. She transferred me to sales then that lady said it was the device and there was a note in my file staying so. I asked then to fix it and she said they could pick it up until ****** ********. I told I couldn't afford for it to be towed ahead told me it wouldn't be on me. Yet the first line of the invoice they gave me clearly shows I am being charged $125 for towing. Then no on told me they were doing any other repairs until I called back. They made it sound like it all because of the device and they were fixing the issue. They didnt even tell me I was being charged anything until we got there they handed us a bill. I told them i did not authorize and repairs other than them fixing the device on the car. They even alter my payments without communicating that to me. I did not sign anything. I need the repairs that weren't authorized to be taken off my account.

    I bought a 2009 ******* ***** ** *rom Raineys Used Cars on **** *** ****. Since the 1st month we've been having issues with the front windshield gasket. It has continually been a problem every month. It's been fixed 7 times. After each time the same issue persist. As I drive down the road the gasket has continued to come loose.

    *****/22 I purchased a 07 ***** ****** by ***** I was having issues with my car. I was told my coil pack was changed,fuel pump,and something with my ignition. By ***22 my car began shaking really bad so I called the service department to schedule another visit and came back **** to the mechanics telling me they don't know what's up with my car. I refused to settle for that because I drove 2hrs there so they looked at it again after I took the cover off that showed that instead of replacing my coil pack they put jb weld in it they came to tell me that I need a motor. I'm overcharged for the car anyway (3 times the value)and needed transportation to commute to work but this is not how you conduct business. Would you want people patching up your car? I was sold a lemon and I'm asking for a service trade but I can't get "Tommy" to return my email,phone call or text and that's not right. Everyday the staff makes up excuses and I feel like if he's not available someone else should be able to help customer out and if he can't handle 8 stores then why not get him some help because it's just not right to be taking peoples hard earned money and not even following up with them it been way past 72 hrs and this is ridiculous and no one have a care in the world. I want to drive my own car not a rental so I need a response or simply my money back being that you're selling lemons and putting it on your credit this is horrible business!!!!!!

    I got a phone call from a newly employee that told me to bring wrong credentials in. Called me all day Friday bout coming in caught a ride up there 4 small kids very rude employees still no car and lies about credentials I called over 5 times to speak with Mr Rainey and no one would let me speak to him to solve the matter Ihad bank statements and all but still resulted in 4 small kids walking in the heat and rain newborn baby and Rude employees employees are very judgeful
