** and his team did a phenomenal job. The process was simple and he explained everything I had to do in detail in order to get my claim taken care of. Originally my insurance company low balled me on my appraisal for the actual cash value of my car, but with the help of Wreckcheck they ended up making another payment for the missing amount they still owed me. ***** is a poor representation of this company. He is like a guard dog for Mr. *** They will send you 100 marketing emails in hopes you will work with them. They have no good follow up, they won't refund me and ***** wouldn't even allow me to speak with Mr. *** what a coward. Bottomline is Mr. ** assured me that he would be able to assist me although I was in another state, after multiple emails and no response. I was left to fend for myself. I finally wrote a response on **** and someone replied, I sent an email and I called the office and ONCE AGAIN ***** **** AND UNPROFESSIONAL ANSWERED THE PHONE without any help or support. He told me I need to file a lawsuit without proper reviewing my file. THIS COMPANY ONLY NEEDS TO DEAL WITH ATLANTA instead of advising that he can help regardless of where you are. company to use for your dimished value case. I highly recommend their services. Guys *** fought for my case, from $916 that the insurance previously offered me to $6,120 with just their appraisal, their e-mails I just copied and paste and fanaly good price for the service, respond on time. I guarantee you guys you will not regret neither to worry about anything. Just pay your fees, do exactly what they asked you do and watch and see miracle to happen.Review from Bianca V

Started off good before I paid for hte service everyone was polite and quick to respond. Once I paid things slowed way down and the response time from Wreck Check got slower as the time dragged on. When I reached out, it would take several attempts to get a response. Lots of throwing blame back on the insurance company, but no acceptance of their own failure to follow up with me. I was polite in asking for help from them and extremely patient, waiting days and even weeks for responses that did not come. The whole process took longer than 5 months, much longer than the original time quoted to me. In the end, I got resolution only because I reached out directly to the umpire and kept in contact with him myself, thus; doing wreck check's job for them. Find a different company. I don't normally bother to write any reviews let alone negative ones, but this whole experience was so ridiculous, I wanted to warn others, so I posted a yelp review about my experience. Immediately Wreck check emailed and texted me telling me they would withhold the settlement if I did not remove my "unnecessary negative review". Thankfully that isn't something they can actually do. They wanted me to think they could blackmail me for my settlement. I have documentation via email and text message of this threat and the entire disappointing process. This is what you are dealing with. Find someone else to help you, there is no honesty here.

I contacted Wreckcheck because I felt my settlement on my car was too low. Originally, I was offered $4,200. I contracted with Wreckcheck and two weeks later the insurance company came back with $9,700 plus taxes and fees. That is over DOUBLE what I was originally offered. I can't thank Wreckcheck enough. It was the easiest experience and the money I paid them was worth it!! Best money I spent for two weeks worth of work!!I told them if they want me in their social media as a witness, I would be glad to help.I highly recommend Wreckcheck to anyone looking to appeal their car settlement.
