I purchased a vehicle from ********************* in August. It was a manual transmission 2007 ******* Elantra. It was supposed to be one of the best cars I ever had. It needed some work which ***** swore to take care of as I gave him money towards those repairs. Which are all paid for. Then the transmission went out. 5k to get my car running again that I don't have because this ***** took everything. I spoke to the previous owner and the symptoms I was experiencing with the car he dealt with to. As a mechanic, ***** should have known that the transmission was going out. They don't make the parts to rebuild it, so I need full replacement from the clutch to the transmission. I have a lawn ornament now. He took advantage of so many people in the recovery community. He is in jail so I will never ever see anything he promised and swore to do. The police can't do anything because all we had was verbal agreements.

On June 4, 2023, I paid, via Cash App, **************************** aka WheelsNRecovery a.k.a. ***************** $4000 for a down payment on an SUV. He sent me via email a contract and receipt and gave me a guarantee that he would help me obtain a vehicle. The agreement was that I was to pay $4000 down, and he would find my family a vehicle that was mechanically sound, and I would make 26 weekly installments of $200 a week. I stayed in contact with him via text, as he would very rarely answer the phone. ************** had my down payment for approximately 4.5 months, at which time he consistently told me he was close to obtaining my family a vehicle. I gave him a deadline of September 30th as the cutoff date and on September 29th, he texted me saying he had 2 vehicles ready to purchase for my family. He asked for 3 more days, which I gave him. The 3 days turned into 24 days. He continued to text that he was close to having the vehicle in his possession and for me to be patient. I told him on October 23rd, that I wanted a refund by October 26th. I no longer wanted the car, as his text messaging had gone to almost non-existent and when he would text he was extremely rude. I would have to beg him to respond to me. I knew then there was something scammy about this whole ordeal. On October 26th, ************** quit responding to me after repeated texts and phone calls, except to say, "I will have to call back, *******. I will update you at the same time." Since that text, he simply sent me the 100 emoji when I asked if he was going to return my money. I filed a police report with the ******* ********************** and was told that I am not the only person to file a police report within the last 2 weeks on **************, a.k.a. WheelsNRecovery. No less than 3 people have filed police reports on him, possibly more, for stealing their money. I am now without my money or a car.

I agreed to purchase a car from wheelsnrecovery. I sent **** as a down payment. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the vehicle. It is now week 8 and I asked for a refund. So I keep texting the guy named ***** who made the deal with me and he makes an excuse or tells me it will be today and never does the refund. So I have no car and he received my **** and wont send it back.

I gave ***** at Creekside WNR $******** cash for accident repairs 5/2022. I received in 12/20/2022. Visited Creekside in-person 2/15/2023 with a friend for status, and was told by ****** and ***** no work was done. Promised I would get $******** on 2/17. Requested via CashApp and Venmo but no response. My dispute is contract terms, work was never completed and repair money was never refunded. I have text messages stating repairs were not completed after 4 times dropping off the vehicle for repairs. I asked for the keys and took the vehicle back on 2/15. I told both ****** and ***** that day I would hold arrears in escrow until I received the accident repair money. I see on my contract I was charged ****** and ******** ($2,300).00) but do not know what the charges are for. $7,800 - 2,300 = ***** is the total contract due. I would like an adjustment/refund. I paid $7,163.00. My contract shows total of $5,000.00 for 26 payments. I am confused with the charges and would like to have your help with (1) confirming terms of the contract, (2) adjusting amounts, and (3) refunding the accident money they have refused to return. I have also spent $1400.00 in car rental fees due to the absence of the car that I would like you to consider returning.
