  RE: ************************************************************* ****************************************************************************************** ************ This is an online *************** which provides computer online classes such as ***************** Training, Python Business Analysis Training, Agile Certification, Java ******************* .NET Training, Selenium Training, etc, etc . I enrolled my son, *****************************, for the ***************** Analyst program because their web site states that they also provide Job Placement assistance, resume preparation, mock interviews, and because the tuition was only $1,000. In addition it was only 1 hour -3 times a week for only 6 months. The problem here was that once he graduated and revieved his Certificate of Completion in the ***************** program it became very, very hard to get them to respond to our email to get assistance in Job Placement. We emailed them almost every month and sometimes almost every week and even called them regarding Job Placement but they seem like they are just ignoring us whe we email them about Job Placment. We have been doing this for almost 6 months and they have not been explaining or giving us job placement assistance.Please help.'****************************** **************

  H2K employee deceived me by misleading advertizement through email, promised me a guarenteed job with one of their clients and made me pay $500 refundable security deposit. He promised that after their FREE cyber security training, he will arrange interview with the client company and upon completion of it, the deposit would be returned. After completion of their FREE training, they have not been able to arrange a single interview for me and more than 2 months time has gone by. It's hard to catch them on the phone and whenever they are caught, they delay through some excuse and buy some more time. The training was FREE and the deposit was there just to make sure that we go for the interview and do the job. Since they have not *** able to provide any interview or job, it is illegal for them to hold back my deposit. They have lied, misrepresented facts, twisted facts and miled me for their own financial gain. Since this being sofisticated scam and fraud, I urge you to take some action against them and help me get my hard earned money back. I have also added their email claiming FREE cyber security training which I had opted for.

  I am *******************************, I filed a complaint against a business (H2K Infosys) yesterday. My problem with this company has been resolved. 

  So I want to cancel my complaint. Please take a note of it.
