This company banks on you not being ABLE to pay. I mean that in the literal sense. I have the money, I have means. I have been calling for 2 weeks, I have been on their website, which conveniently says "oops, there has been a mistake" or some nonsense every time I go to pay.This is a scam. A scam not being given any thought. It's people, who have made mistakes, trying to PAY their mistakes off, as if that means anything..... And this company is taking advantage of that.God. *****. **********, why can't I leave zero stars? This company deserves nothing. They are complicit in scamming people. I am just trying to pay my debt. I was speeding, let me do the thing. This nonsense.Review from DeArthur B

This company has taken money from me,never reimbursed me for a citation which wasn't paid,causing me financial issues, not to mention a possible loss of my employment and suspension of my license, I am a CDL holder, I've called on several occasions and spoke with ******* ****** who assured me I was getting a refund in August, then ot was changed to September and we are now almost finished eith October, they're a scam company,and if anyone cares about ,meeting court demands I would recommend using a reliable source,because N-Court will cause you unnecessary problems and lie about solving the issue.Review from Victoria G

On hold for an hour, never got through so I finally opted to pay online. Then my card was frauded, which is why I preferred the phone. It looks like their website is not a secure site card payments. Very unsafe and unprofessional!Review from Susan A

Site doesn't load for payments. Not only are traffic light cameras for tickets unethical, nCourt and those that use them encourage practices that scammers user. Phone numbers don't match from tickets, urls don't match either. Site looks like it's from the 80s and the backend seems to back that up.Review from Allison D

On hold ALL DAY!!!!!! Renewed my boat registration online (like always) and the payment was processed through nCourt. They received my money and my **** was charged but I never received my new registration. They never processed it!!!!! When I finally got through to a live person, he hung up on me! No callback, nothing. The worst customer service I have dealt with in my life and I"m OLDshame on you ************* ******************** using this awful company to process your payments for a simple boat registration.Review from George T

nCourt is truly h*** on earth to deal with. There needs to be some kind of accountability or oversight when the government makes a contract with nCourt. I've had two speeding tickets in the past 3 years, and every single time nCourt has been h*** to deal with. The first time, I waited for months for my ticket to show up in nCourt's system so I could pay online, but it never happened and I was forced to scramble and mail a check. The second time my ticket shows up, and I attempt to pay online but get met with an obscure error screen when I attempt to pay. I call the customer support line like the error screen tells me to, and I have to wait on hold for over an hour to speak to a representative. The representative takes all my information and attempts to pay on his side as well, and is met with the exact same error. Now I'm told I have to go to call the court itself and ask for next steps.Talking to other people who've used nCourt they've had the same experience of either 1) not having their ticket show up or 2) having issues paying online.Clearly anybody working at nCourt or the government has never actually had to use nCourt, or else nCourt wouldn't have any employees or contracts.
