  Phillips Brothers purchased a house from me at ****************************************************** for a price of *******. The home was to close on September 12. The closing did not take place on the 12th I did not extend the contract. On the 16th I was asked to sign closing documents being told the sellers would sign the documents on the following Monday and I would receive my funds. I asked why I had to sign the papers ahead of the sellers and I was told it if I wanted to receive the funds on Monday I had to do so . I was leaving town the following Tuesday so I needed the funds to be wired on Monday so out of a great deal for us I signed the papers on Monday I was told the sellers had signed yet I got no money whatsoever this was the 19th on the 22nd I was out of town before I left I told the representative from Phillips brothers that I no longer wish to proceed with the contract because the funds had not been wired they basically took my house without paying for it they transferred the title I said that I was going to get an attorney and he said I can give you your ******* money back because thats all she would do I said that I wanted to stop procedure of transferring funds until I can get legal representative. It was impossible to leave town for a huge family wedding in ************* has put tremendous stress on me because it was not something I could not attend it was a once in a lifetime wedding with all my family being there . He then said he would wire 909 out of his account into my account I said no do nothing till I am back he then sent proof that he had wire 909 which turned out to be fraud because 909 was not put in my account on Tuesday it was finally wired to my account after I told him not to do it that I was not going to proceed he then texted me a very crude picture of him smiling and saying how can you say no to this guy which was totally inappropriate.. I had offers of option ****** more during the time it was expired and the time that I received the funds.
