    My previous review stated, My microwave is working perfectly again, thanks to the technician who came out today. I initially thought the issue was with the ********** but it turned out to be a $22 switch. The total cost to replace it, including diagnostics and checking the electrical current flow, came to $275. While I appreciate the quick repair, the markup on parts is definitely something to consider.I believe they fraudulently misrepresented the ********* is an update: The microwave is not working perfectly again. There is an electrical static sound and it is properly microwaving items. Now they are violating their own rules and telling me I have to pay again to have them to come out diagnosed the problem and repair the microwave.

    **** came to repair a Maytag washing machine. He charged me $189 to reset the codes on the mother board due to the lid lock code that was probably the problem. He unplugged the washer after resetting it and left. He said it was all fixed. I turned the washer on and it wasnt fixed lid lock blinking. I called him back in he said you just have to unplug it every time you wash to reset it because the motor is probably going bad. The $189 is no guarantee to fix the problem. He did not run a code to see what the problem was. If he had he would have realized the problem is the actuator (I think thats what it is called). It tells the washer to change to the next cycle. After he left my washer still is not changing to the next cycle. He did not know what or how to repair my washer. I was scammed out of $189. He should have only charged me for the service charge which was $79. Shame on you for scamming people out of money they dont have. Please dont use this company. I should have done a better job researching reliable companies.

    Called this company Sept 17, 2024. Washing machine is a one piece stackable with top loading washer - problem is last spin cycle was not draining water. Clothes were full of water when machine stopped. App't was made for the next day. Tech named **** arrived. I explained situation. **** took off the front cover of the machine then started machine so it could go thru complete washing cycle. Last spin cycle still not working. He checked the safety lid lock while machine was running and could find no problem with it. He said the machine has a control board located on the lower left side of the machine where the problem should be. He gave me a repair price which I agreed to. He did not have a board with him but he left to get one. When he returned, about 30 minutes later, the box was the wrong one and he left again to get another one. On his return, he changed out old control board but then when he ran the washer again, the problem was still there. He then said he didn't know what the problem could be (so much for being a trained repair man) but I could call someone else or buy a new machine, but I should buy an old one because the new ones don't last that long. (How do I do that?) Before leaving, he tried to re-attach the front panel of the machine. It took him over 10 minutes and never got it right. I was only charged a service charge, but my washing machine still was not repaired. After he left, I called the company. I asked for a manager (whose name was *****) who was not available and was put on hold for ten minutes. I hung up. But surprise, the receptionist did call back later and said she had talked to **** and he told her that my machine was not repairable. What? I was never told that. I asked for ***** again, but he was still unavailable. Two days later and still have never heard from him.

    Never use this company! it was ripped off by this company. I had freezer not coolinfg as set temperture. They replace part deforst terminator on Feb 27,2023. They replace a one part out of three component. at the time of service. The part cost only $75. they charged $950. now within 5 months. I have same problems freezer not cooling as set temperture. So I called another company on 8/17//2023,Sub Zero and they are certified for sub zero refrigerator. they replaced all three part $930

    I am VERY disappointed. I requested an appointment yesterday for a Technician to come and fix the fridge but they said they were "booked" so I had to wait for them tomorrow which is today. So they came here eariler than expected because they told me they were going to come between 8 AM and 5 PM. So they've arrived at my home and all they did was go behind the fridge, took off the panel, and then just basically said "well the circut board is fried so I cannot fix it" I mean what? I thought this person was suppose to fix my fridge but instead charged me $69.99 because it was a "Dialogistic Fee". I am very angry and disappointed that my fridge was never fixed and now I have to wait next week for someone else to actually fix my fridge. Never use this company.

    Never use this company. First make sure to get the quote in writing with the breakdown and details. They will quote you verbally for the reason. They came and gave me the quote for fixing my refrigerator control board and dispenser. Came and fix the control board but didn't fix the ice dispenser saying it needs a motor change. I asked the quote (verbal) includes fixing both things but he blatantly lied and denied. Then he said I will only charge for motor not the labor or anything else. After few days when I followed up he said he will now charge me the labor also and asked me to pay another $225. I was stuck with them as no one else wanted to come after their partial repairs. ****** learned and I will never use them again.

    Hello sir hope all is well, my apology that you feel like you had this type of experience with our company. So if I can explain the 1st time the technician was out your board was bad and needed to be replaced and is why your ice was not dispensing. So you are correct in stating that the 1st quote was indeed to fix the board and ice dispensing as the board controls the ice dispensing. However after replacing the faulty board, it became evident that there was also an additional issue with the motor as well. We were not able to see that the motor was bad as well initially because the board was not working to show us that.     DO NOT USE. I was 100% ripped off by this company. I had a broken Subzero wine refrigerator due to leaking freon. They charged me $1000 to basically patch a hole where freon was leaking, install a $2 ****** valve, and put in more freon. I will absolutely never use this company for any appliance repairs again.

    Hello so just to clarify we didn't just "patch a hole" but had to perform a full system evacuation, recovery and freon recharge as well. Sorry you feel that way but all our prices come from the national price guide book and were explained before any work was done and we would not have done any work without your approval.

    Great company to work with. I requested service for a refrigerator through their website. I received a call back in less than two hours and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service person called when he was 45 minutes away and was within the service window. The service person was thorough, polite, and explained everything clearly.
