    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I would have given no stars if that was an option. Rented a unit for use after surgery. I had previously used there machine, and at the end of my rental I was given a call to either extend the rental or return it.This time, they delivered the machine as requested. They asked if I needed a call to explain how to use the machine which I declined since I was familiar with the machine. A few weeks past with NO CALL from Gameready. I found a generic email; in my spam folder telling me that I had not returned the machine and was being charged $150 per week as a late penalty. I called to dispute the penalty and was basically told that I signed a contract so they will not waive the penalty. I explained that I never received a call to return it as i did last time and was told that they don't do that. (They said I must have dealt with a local distributor last time.) I was also told that since I declined the instructional call and that that was when they would have explained the return procedure, it was basically MY FAULT. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was not one available. As far as I am concerned, this company is a total rip off and does not know the meaning of ******************* If you have a choice of another rehab device, I would strongly suggest using a another company or deal with a local rep that knows how to treat customers.

    We were charged $300 then sent a unit the day before my son's surgery. After getting him home the afternoon after the surgery we found the device was defective. After attempting to work with a nurse there we were supposed to get a replacement which never came. We made several customer service attempts to rectify the situation including getting a credit which was ultimately denied although we were never notified it was denied.This company consistent does not return calls. The entire process of working with them was deceptive and dishonest. I can not recommend avoiding them enough. I plan to consult an attorney, and I hope this review helps other people avoid their dishonest practices.

    I rented a Game Ready Unit for Sept 2022 to use for approximately three weeks after surgery.They took my credit card and shipped out as scheduled. Thats when the customer service ended in my opinion.Instructions said to contact specific rep to get personalized instructions on how to use unit. After surgery when I was more alert, I contacted the *******. I sent email to the designated rep and also texted the person. Not hearing back after several days, I finally called that ********* ******* instructions state you must get direct orientation on the unit before agreeing online to use the unit. When I did finally reach the rep on the phone, the rep asked if I was a client. I replied yes, I agreed to pay for use of the unit. The rep did not seem at all interested in proving information/explanation of how to use the unit, before I signed off that I as client was.explained on how to use it.So my use was delayed by several days before I could get instruction and use the unit (after signing off on instruction from the rep).About a week later I finding the cord was getting very difficult to attach. I was able to get ahold of nursing staff who explained they would send out replace cord/part as she surmised the part needed replacement. The nursing area was very kind and expedited ship out of replacement cord/part. I received this several days later. So I lost another several days of unit use. I had called the CA office who said they would relay my concerns about the lack of response from the designated rep. *** that I lost further use time of unit. They indicated they would inform the supervisor at their coast office but given the time difference, the east coast office was closed and that the supervisor would address my concerns. supervisor never followed up.Did they check unit before they ship out to me?I feel the nursing help were great but the rest were not very responsive.
