I give this company 0 stars. They were hired by Att to contract work in order to install fiber in our neighborhood. I purchased my home less than a year when I first encountered them. They dug in the sidewalk front of my home and hit my main water line, replaced the pipe and didnt tell anyone. This caused flood into my master bathroom and second floor bathroom. Ultimately I had air in my pipes which cause random outbursts of water from both bathrooms. It took almost 6 months of calling these people to get cooperation for them to repair my home. They also sent a plumber to my home which I found out later from the plumber himself that he wasnt an actual plumber; just had plumbing experience. After this matter my power went out in December due to them digging in my back yard and damaging a power line in the ground. I lost power to my first floor of my home. These people claim to have Miscommunications with att about my claim, but at this point I believe its them. Ive been so stressed out and riddled with anxiety behind these ppl lack of urgency and negligence. The ******* office NEVER responds to my ************* NEVER follow up. They also refused to pay direct invoice to my electric company when they clearly have been very poor in communication. This caused my power go out at my home because of their lack Of urgency. Ultimately, I have been asking for them to do something different with them expediting the check. I dont have a week which is what Ive BEEN explaining so I need a different expedition process. THEY JUST REPEAT THE SAME INFORMATION. NO SOLUTION. So fed up.

Would not let me leave a comment without a star rating. I gave them 1 but need to have an option to do 0. This company is contacting with **** to mark and put fiber lines in our neighborhood in the ******* area. I got a call from a neighbor Friday (12-9-22) that someone was in my back yard and my side gate was open. Needless to say, I was livid. The gate was not unlocked nor was it open. We are diligent about the gate due to our German Shepherds. 1. That gate is locked from the inside. You have to go into my home to open it.2. They tried to tell me my back gate was open. I have 2 large dogs that had the fence been open would have gotten out and roamed the neighborhood. 3. I had a tag on my door the day before and I called that evening and again Friday to tell them they could not go in my back yard until next week when someone would be there to open it for them. 4. They lied saying the gate was open. They had to jump the 6 foot fence on the opposite side by climbing on a utility box. They have no respect for you or your privacy. 5. I called back Friday and asked for a supervisor to call me back to discuss the matter and as of Monday 12-12-22 at 2:00 PM they have not returned may calls and neither has ****. 6. ********** reviews are all bad. Someone needs to do something about them.
