            I have been using this carwash since it opened and was once had a membership there, but canceled it since I didn't go as often as needed due to my job and hours which I work. On January 18th I wanted my truck washed to I stopped by. I entered the carwash and all was well, about half way through I noticed I was getting mighty close to the car in front of me. I thought "surely I will stop before I get any closer", then BAM I struck the rear bumper of a new **** I slammed on the brakes and again my truck was pushed forward and hit the car a second time. I placed my vehicle in reverse, hoping this would stop me from hitting him a third time. The attendant turned off the machine and checked on us, we were then allowed to exit the wash. I met the nice driver of the other vehicle and exchanged insurance information. One of the employees brought some forms that we filled out and were told the manager would contact us in a day or so. The following week I was called by the carwash manager who said, Mr. ***** it looks like your vehicle entered the carwash just fine, but then your truck was put into drive and you struck the car Infront of you." I told him that this simply wasn't true, I didn't change gears mid-wash. He would not listen or budge from his stance on the issue. He stated that the carwash would not accept any liability in the matter. Although frustrated I spoke the other driver and told him to file a claim against my insurance. It surely was not his fault and he needs to have his vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I think the manager/******* handled this very poorly. I know how to take my vehicle through a carwash and certainly never placed my truck in drive mid -wash.
