            This business overcharged me $600 just for looking at my vehicle and never did any repairs. The charge is excessive.

            We completed an air conditioning evacuation and recharge of the new **** freon which is very expensive and diagnosed the air-conditioning system found air-conditioning compressor bad. Work was approved by Mr. ***** who dropped off vehicle. Customer did not approve any additional repairs.

            My transmission was REBUILT here under warranty. It has been back to Aramco numerous times for hard shifting. Changed the torque converter, valve body etc. ************** I don't know if they were used or new parts but it has never worked. Well the last time it went back they acknowledge the hard shift but will not fix it. It is still under the store warranty but it's not a serious enough concern for them to look at it.. My car is at another shop NOT Aamco and they have determined the problem and I will gladly pay them. So all I am asking is for my 250$ deductible back since they won't look at it and I will have no contact at all ever with aamco.i attached the invoice below of them acknowledging the hard shift.

            What did the other shop find wrong ? What is ******** fee for? Will this resolve this dispute and will the customer remove all negative comments if I refund this money???

            yes! I was told it was refurbished parts and that everyone that' has looked at it has agreed the misfire is not suppose to be there. That the unit should just be replaced with a brand new one. Maybe it's a dodge thing with a hard shift idk but every transmission place has said something internal is damaged. So I have no choice if I want my car to last someone is going to have to remove it completely since yall didn't wanna do it.

            I was explaining what I was told by other shops. They said if it has been rebuilt and parts have been replaced multiple times and something is still not right. Everyone told me it just needs a whole new Trans. I even let the aamco in ******* test drive and they said it's something  internal.
