I am writing to formally request compensation for my Nightcore EDC 29 flashlight, which was confiscated by security at State Farm Arena during an event I attended on 1/2/25. The flashlight, valued at approximately $109.95, is not listed among the prohibited items on your website.After the event, I contacted your customer service team, who initially assured me that the flashlight would be returned. I followed up, and I received another email stating that security no longer has my flashlight and that the arena is not responsible for it. This contradicts the initial assurance and leaves me without my personal property.Given the circumstances and the miscommunication from your staff, I am requesting reimbursement for the value of the flashlight. The Nightcore EDC 29 can be purchased on ****** for approximately $109.95. I purchased three tickets to see Usher on Feb 16 for $1,324.29 (Order #****-0526-1239-2188-3). Immediately after purchasing I tried to get a refund - I was told I was unable to get a refund. The concert date was in August and during the same week of the concert - the concert was rescheduled to December (I found out through social media). Unfortunately, between August/September and December 1, I was laid off from work - unable to fund the travel to attend the concert. 2. My mom is on higher oxygen and her oxygen wouldn't last long to attend the concert. 3. The person for the third ticket is not able to receive the dates off from work with the new dates to attend the concert. I am please requesting a refund for the three tickets. I have tried to get a refund since the day after I bought the tickets in February. This has all been very stressful and draining.After speaking more with Ticketmaster I found out that State Farm Arena is the event organizer.Reasons why I am requesting a refund:- I am no longer able to attend the event (which was originally scheduled for Saturday, August 17, 2024 and was rescheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024).- One of the ticket goers (who is no longer able to attend) would need accessible seating and assistance with the tickets and no alternative has been provided.- Listing the ticket as resale is not a viable option because I will not receive the amount of what I originally paid for the tickets - which is what I am requesting a refund ****** there any reason why the window has closed when there is ample time before the concert and when I had reached out to Ticketmaster to receive a refund?Ticketmaster seems to want to refund me, but they can't process the refund due to State Farm Arena.Initial Complaint

I have had State ************** for my Range Rover per the attached for several years.In early 2024 they cancelled the policy without reason and when asked to reinstate they increased the premium to more than double for no apparent reason. I want them to advise why my auto pay policy was terminated and reinstate at old price and also provide credit for the over charge for the last 5 months.Initial Complaint

At the performance held on May 29th, the staff took my camera away on the grounds that it was prohibited to carry professional cameras during this event. I cooperated with the staff, but because there were other photos in the camera storage card that were not related to the performance, I proposed that the staff take care of the camera until the end of the performance. I will delete the photos related to the performance under the supervision of the staff. But at the end of the performance, I found that the staff had browsed and deleted all of my photos without my permission, causing serious economic losses and personal privacy leakage. I demand compensation from the company for the economic losses caused by the lost photos and a handwritten written apology for the infringement of my personal privacy.Initial Complaint

i purchased wwe tickets in ******* for 550 for my son and I back in July from Ticketsonsale.com. the event was at starte farm arena. after waiting until the day of the event without receiving an email for my tickets i began to call their customer service. i told them i never got my tickets. i told them that when i tried to click and open the link for the tickets the would never pop up. i tried on my i phone, laptop, i went to Staples to try a random computer but the links would always open to an error page without giving me my tickets. they called me and tried to trouble shoot the links they were sending me. after failing to produce my tickets they refused to give me a refund. i called customer service a million times but only got unprofessional people who would not let me speak to a manager. long story short i have since filed with the BBB and ticketsonsale.com ignored the complaint. i have taken my case to the *** and will not stop until i get my money back. this if flat out ********. fraud. i will pursue any means to get my money back. i am asking state farm arena to assist me with attaining my money back.Initial Complaint

My Insurance rate was raised I was told that my discounts were taken away such as my safe driver's test I took and passed. To make matters worse the rate were taken up 5 days before my pay date I went on line looking to find out why I was not sent a card no mention of rate hike called into company to find out why I was not sent a card mention of rate hike all of their calls says they are recorded I asked Rep. to listen to all of their calls nomentio of rate hike.Initial Complaint

I have been attending concerts at the State Farm Arena for the past year and have been utterly devastated and disappointed due to the sound quality. I have paid my hard working money to see my favorite artists in concert and was not able to enjoy most of the shows. I recently attended The Strength Of A Woman Festival on May 13th, 2023 and was at my withs end for this establishment due to the horrible sound quality where I paid $220 for myself and $213 for my sister as her Mothers Day gift. At this point State Farm is taking advantage of the average tax payer instead of investing into better sound quality for their customers.Initial Complaint

*** attended multiple concerts at State Farm Arena this year (***, *********************, *************************, and most recently, the Strength of a Woman Festival). The sound quality is unacceptable. This arena is booked multiple days a week for concerts, yet fans are left feeling disappointed. You cannot understand what the artist is singing. The video quality is horrible as well. It was either lagging, or the screen was completely black. Stop booking shows and trying to make a higher profit by cutting costs with the sound engineers. Worst concert Ive been to. Thank you State Farm.Initial Complaint

I fell on 8/13/2022 at the State Farm Arena gospel fest in the ************ eating section. I went to pull stool out to sit and eat and the stool swung back in and I fell on the floor. I had no heels on and I do not drink, in case someone wants to throw that in. There were multiple people including staff that rescued me from the floor because I am 63 years old and could not get back up. No staff person came and took an incident report from me. Me and my daughter walked into the concert that was already late and it was 5 hours long. approximately just before last singer *********************** came on I told my daughter it was time to go because my left leg started paining. Around 4am 8/14/2022 I tried to stand up ad could not nor could I put pressure on my left leg, went to emergency at ****** and was wrapped in gauze, given pain meds, x-ray was taken and given crutches because of the bruising and swelling. on 8/17/2022, I ended back at emergency because from my toes to full left leg was swollen and ultrasound was performed. I was referred to Orthopedic and now in physical therapy. My leg is limited to walking, standing or going up stairs.Initial Complaint

I REACHED OUT TO STATE FARM ARENA AND/OR TICKETMASTER MORE THAN **************************** REFERENCE TO THE ******************* EVENT LAST FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 9TH. I'M A BIT BOTHERED THAT NO ONE HAS YET CONTACTED ME BACK IN REFERENCE TO THIS MATTER. ABOUT 30 MINUTES IN TO THE SHOW BEHIND A BARRIER ON THE ***** TO THE LEFT THERE WAS A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE BLATANTLY IN THE OPEN SMOKING MARIJUANA. THE SMOKE WAS SO THICK THAT IT APPEARED TO BE A FIRE. FROM MY SEATS NOT ONLY COULD I SEE IT CLEARLY, BUT THE SMOKE SMELL WAS SO HEAVY THAT IT MADE ME EXTREMELY NAUSEOUS. I WAS EVEN MORE DISGUSTED BECAUSE AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS, IDENTIFIED AS SECURITY BY THEIR BLACK SHIRTS THAT READ "SECURITY", THEY ALL LOOKED AT ME AS IF I WAS WRONG AS IF THE BEHAVIOR WAS OK AND EVEN NORMAL. IT WASN'T OK FOR ME. THERE WEREN'T ANY CELLPHONES ALLOWED OR BAGS OVER A CERTAIN CIRCUMFERENCE, BUT ****S WERE ALLOWED. BEING THAT NOTHING WAS BEING DONE ABOUT THE **** USAGE, I COULDN'T TAKE THE SMELL SO I LEFT WITHOUT SEEING *******************. I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACH NOT ONLY BY THE SMELL, BUT BY IT BEING ALLOWED. I'M RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF MY TICKETS. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
