I ordered a car from Porsche in January of ***************************************** May-June of 2024, as a standard wait time is about 4 months. I was given an app to follow production and delivery process. Based on the information in the app, the production of the car was delayed, constantly showing a new delivery date. Eventually, the car was delivered to me on January 7th 2025.Two months prior I reached out to Porsche and expressed my disappointment and concern and was promised that Porsche would do something to compensate me for a sick an unusually long delay, but I first have to buy the car. Once I bought the car I was contacted by ****** at Porsche who said all Porsche can do is give me a $5000 sales voucher towards the purchase of my next car. I just spent $200000 on a car and they are offering me voucher towards the purchase of the next car, as if Im buying Porsches every year. I asked if this voucher can be used towards this purchase but the answer was no. I think this is unfair treatment of customers. The representative was very cold and borderline rude when talking to me. She sounded annoyed by my expectations. I dreamed of owning a Porsche all my life and now that I bought one the experience is ruined. Im very disappointed.Initial Complaint

Purchased a brand new Porsche Panamera on April 13, 2024. On that day, I noticed imperfections in the paint error messages on the dashboard while I was driving at home and the car stalling. I immediately reached out to the sales *** who told me to contact Porsche North America. Since then, my battery continues to drain, my vehicle stalls I constantly get error messages, my vehicle smells like its burning, my steering wheel makes creepy sounds. My paint finish has little dots in it. My windows have swirls marks in it, my break squeaks and I only have approximately 5000 miles. I have tried to address the issues and Porsche gives me the runaround. They told me theres nothing wrong, forced me to pick my vehicle back up and or refuses to respond back to me when I try to bring the vehicle in for servicing. Porsche has a known issues with their 2024 Panamera. Their battery drains and they have an electrical issue which I have been experiencing instead Im being told that I dont drive the car enough. Im requesting a brand new 2025 Porsche Panamera and Im requesting all of my payments refunded back to me that Ive paid from April 2024 to January 2025. Im requesting a change of collateral swap where I can keep my loan that I currently have with ************.Initial Complaint

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an ongoing issue with a Porsche recall service that crosses state jurisdictions. I currently reside in *******, but my affected vehicle is registered in ****. The vehicle has been held by Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in *******, *******, going on two months for a recall service, with no clear completion timeline provided. The dealership has indicated the total service time may exceed four months, which constitutes an unreasonable delay. Key Details:- Vehicle: Porsche Taycan 4s, 2020 (Electric Vehicle)- VIN: ***************** - Ohio license plate: ZD 9SV HQ - Current Location: Porsche ******* Perimeter ******************************************************************* - Date Vehicle Surrendered for Recall: November 8, 2024 - Current Duration of Delay: Approximately two months Particularly Concerning Issues:1. When I requested the return of my vehicle until the dealership was ready to perform the actual repair work, I was informed that I would lose my place in line - effectively forcing me to leave my vehicle with them indefinitely.2. The dealership has not provided any concrete timeline for completion, only indicating it could exceed four months.3. I am required to continue making all payments related to my vehicle ownership, despite having no access to the vehicle:a. Monthly loan/note payments b. ***************** vehicle parking fees c. Insurance payments 4. The dealership provided a gas-powered loaner vehicle, resulting in additional fuel expenses that I would not typically incur with my electric vehicle.Initial Complaint

Im making this claim regarding my transfer case extended warranty.Story: In 2020 I bought 2014 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Visited in 2021 and 2022 porsche dealerships in *******, ** and *********, ** for service maintenance and some other non related issues. When I brought the vehicle there I explained that I was feeling some slight interruptions while accelerating and that my wheel occasionally bind when turning from still position. The dealerships advised me that everything was fine and thats how its supposed to be.I kept driving the car but later I found that this model has a factory design flaws with the transfer case vent pipe that lets water in and contaminates the oil and rusts the clutch packs in the transfer case. The result is the above mentioned symptoms that I explained in 2021 and 2022. My extended warranty expired on 10/31-2023 (10 years after the production date) and now Porsche doesnt want to cover the issue that they misdiagnosed back then. They didnt tell me about this model transfer case design flaws issue, neither for the vent pipe upgrade kit, neither that I was in active extended warranty. And the symptoms I described were the textbook example of this ********* can verify at the extended warranty link -> ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** spoke with the service managers at Porsche Rocklin and ********* and they explained since now it out of warranty they cant do anything and advised me to call Porsche North America. I called Porsche North America and they told me the same. I cant believe that this issue wasnt a recall or at least the vent pipe upgrade to be recalledNow I have to pay it out of my pocket ($3800 part and additional for labor) because it took me longer than my warranty to find all that informationPS You can see in the attached document how they checked transfer gear wear indicator.Initial Complaint

Dear Porsche **************** Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue Ive encountered with my 992 GT3 Touring, which I purchased less than a year ago. Despite the vehicle's limited age, I have noticed significant fading in the paint on the center locks, which I believe may indicate a defect in the finish.Given the vehicles exceptional quality and reputation, I did not anticipate that such wear would occur so soon. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue to restore the appearance and quality of the vehicles center locks. Please advise on how we can proceed with a warranty assessment or service solution.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and am hopeful for a swift resolution.Warm regards,Initial Complaint

My 2-year-old leased Porsche Macan had transmission failure at only ***** miles and I almost got into an accident. Porsche Cars of North America refused to repurchase the car or sign a liability statement for recurrent transmission failures resulting in multi-vehicle accidents. Although numerous reports of similar transmission failures were reported by the drivers over the years, Porsche dealership tossed the problem to the Porsche manufacturer (Porsche Cars of North America) who then tried to throw rental car reimbursement at me to quickly make the problem go away. They are using their brand power to silence the concerned drivers and even charging obnoxious repair bills on those people who no longer have warranties. This is a serious safety issue and they have completely dismissed my concerns.Initial Complaint

Next week im going to take my car in for service which I know will take a few days due to prior visits. I need to get a lot of items repaired but Im constantly told they dont have any loaner cars. This is extremely frustrating as the repairs are not cheap and to have to pay for a rental for days and take care of my service fees is ridiculous. *** never had an issue getting loaner with other car brands in the past I thought when I upgraded to Porsche I would be treated with a higher level of regard and I simply have not. Ive had to put my car in the shop at least three times in the past Ive never been offered a loaner. When I inquired about it I was told they only have 15 cars for the entire location which is awful and two of which are broken!! Im reaching out because I desperately need a loaner when I put my car in the shop next week. The location is also short staffed which is why they will have to keep the car so many days. I dont think its fair that Im punished for the short coming of this location.Initial Complaint

I want to exercise my rights under the Warranty Enforcement Laws (Lemon Laws) to request a refund. The vehicle was purchased in 2023 November, and there have been 5 attempts to repair the internal rattling noise, 1 attempt to fix the transmission and 1 attempt to fix the rear seat pull-down cup holder.According to the law, if four attempts cannot fix a same issue, I as the customer can request a buyback.
