  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment on November 3, 2023, and to seek a resolution for the overcharge I incurred. On this date, I visited your salon for a simple haircut, specifically a fringe trim, and subsequently experienced an unforeseen and substantial extra charge.Service and Payment Details:Date of Transaction: I made the payment on November 3, 2023, and the amount was debited from my account on November 6, 2023.Amount Paid: The total amount I paid was $110.Nature of the Dispute:Upon my arrival, I communicated to the staff member that I required a fringe trim.During the haircut, I inquired about the possibility of getting my hair washed, to which I was led without any mention of additional costs.The hair wash lasted less than 10 minutes and included a basic shampoo and rinse. In my experience, such a service is usually priced between $5 to $10.To my surprise, at checkout, I was informed that a special fragrance was used during the wash, resulting in an additional charge of $70. This was not communicated to me prior to the service.The fringe trim, which was my initial request, was priced at $30. However, the additional $70 for the hair wash, which I was not informed about beforehand, felt deceptive and unfair.Lack of Resolution:To date, there has been no attempt from your side to address this issue, despite the clear discrepancy in service and charges.Expected Outcome:I believe that the additional charge was unjust and seek a refund of the $70 that was charged without prior notification.
