    I placed an order with this company, and never received it. I contacted *** and they advised the seller would need to file a complaint due to their process. I informed the company of the issue multiple times and they never responded. Only a blanket email initially. I emailed again several times with no response. They randomly refunded partial payment. I emailed them yet again asking, why is this a partial payment, where is my full refund? They have yet to respond after 6 emails. I would like a full refund, not partial. I have to now file a dispute with my cc. Order WAYDA150900

    I purchased 2 items from Waydamin Merch LLC on 11/16/24 for a total of $132.36. On 11/20/24 I received an email stating my order was on the way. By 11/26/24 I received no tracking update so I reached out to Waydamin Support for help. That same day I was told there were no updates on my order, and that Id be compensated with store credit or a replacement item. On 11/29/24 I agreed to receive replacement items for the inconvenience. By 12/2/24 I still hadnt received confirmation that my replacement order was on the way nor did I receive a tracking number. On 12/3/24 I commented on a ************ post the owner, ***** *******, posted stating that I havent not been compensated and that I needed an updated. 12/3/24 ***** ******* reached out via Instagram asking if Id be helped. I sent her screenshots of the email correspondence with her team and she stated that Id be taken care of my that week. That same day, I received a call from **** from the Waydamin Support team and she stated that Id receive my replacement items by the end of the week and that I will receive an email with my tracking info. 12/9/24 I called the Waydamin Support phone number back because I still hadnt received any update on receiving my replacement items. Today is now 12/11/24 and I still have not received an email with any information about receiving my replacement items. Nor has anyone contacted me to communicate further steps towards compensation. Waydamin Merch LLC has exhibited no remorse towards their mistakes and has profited from it. There has been re regard for my compensation as a paying customer and the owner has not taken a hands on approach to correct this occurrence. These businesses practices are unprofessional and Ive exhausted all my options to receive compensation.

    I purchased items from WAYDAMIN about two weeks ago, order WAYDA119885. I asked them on two separate occasions for updates on shipping, because the only update I had seen concerning the order was that the shipping label was created and nothing else. They finally, after four days (when claiming the response time was ***** hours) responded to me, to my second attempt at asking where my package is, saying that they had lost my package and is offering me store credit in exchange. I do not want store credit, I want a full refund for their mistakes. They both mishandled and lost my package, and it was never even scanned into the shipping carrier's system. I would like a full refund, and they are not responding to any of my emails asking about the refund I am trying to get. I am escalating it to this point because of the subsequent lack of response concerning this matter and concerning a refund of my money.

    Ordered a cute mesh set during her *********** drop on February 7th, didn't receive the package till 10 days later, on February 17th. I was super excited to try them on but unfortunately the top fit really tight on me and did not look at all how it was supposed to look as ************************* previewed it on her instagram. It's advertised as very stretchy yet the top part of the set was practically squeezing my chest, it was so difficult taking it off it nearly took a few minutes to pry it off without damaging the material. The bottoms fit fine and was actually the most stretchy of the set. i emailed customer service the same day I had received my order to ask for an exchange, and they got back to me on February 20th, telling me that because it's a final sale item, they cannot offer an exchange nor a refund on my top but had the nerve to offer me a 10% off discount my next purchase as a "courtesy". I'm just really upset right now because I was really excited about this set and couldn't wait to wear it. This is not the first time her brand has been dishonest with sizing, it happened with her moto drop a few months ago and a lot of customers were upset with how their usual size did not fit when purchasing from her brand. I would just like a refund at this point because I will never be shopping here again

    I purchased 2 orders with the company, did not receive these orders, had my order misplaced with *** (shipping carrier), and told I was going to get a refund at the end of the week, only to wait until the end of the week and be told that refunds are not offered. I just would like my funds back please.
