    Ive placed an order twice with this company and both times they canceled my order as soon as they received payment and then told me they refunded me and the 1st order was in august 2024, still no response or refund from that order and so I purchased recently within a few days ago for the Black Friday event but 1 get 1 free box of chocolates an they did the same exact thing cancelled my order, never responded to me or responded back from there social media pages , so Im looking to hire a attorney for false advertisement, fraud/scam and theft . I dont wont my orders I wont all money back in cash in my hand because the fact its 3 going on 4 months the 1st order got canceled an tagged at refund an never happened is nasty work here, ion play about my money I work hard for I need answers and apologies because I know theres tons of people that is encountering the same situation.

    I placed the order with this company who has a 30-day money back guarantee plastered all over their website and Instagram page I figured no harm no file I place the order and right at the order confirmation came in one minute later it had my previous address on it and not my current I began to try to contact the company to correct the information no I'm responded to me or gave me any type of phone numbers to call for their customer service or anything until about 3 days later the response I got was they can't help me as it would hurt their business and cost them money to change the address and that it has already shipped at this time the package is still in transit at the time I spent contacting them the package that made no progress in transit or being shipped anyway all they offer was 20% off a next purchase that's never going to happen because I won't receive the first purchase being that it's going to an address I used to live at not only are they not helpful they are offering me nothing but excuses and 20% off when they should be giving me my money back if they can't correct the address the email came with the phone number I called the phone number it's someone's personal cell phone it rings until they pick up and listen and then hang up on you they then text me who is this I have the emails I have the text messages and I can take screenshots of the call logs everything that I've said I have proof of they didn't respond to my text message even though I identified myself as a customer with an issue
