    I ordered shoes and they sent me an email that they were delayed and couldnt tell me An estimated time I would receive the shoes so I asked for a refund they eventually agreed too and still sent me the shoes although I asked them to keep the shoes I just wanted a refund. It has been almost 2 months and they havent refunded me.They can send a label and get the shoes back I havent worn.

    Customers order was delayed due to manufacturing and shipping issues. Understanding customers frustration, order 8904 was refunded, given a store credit and free pair slides as compensation after speaking with COO.

    I attended Church with my Father at **************** on Fathers Day Sunday. After church this company was in the lobby selling shoes. I found a pair that I liked and tried them on. They are Unisex sizes so I tried on two different sizes. The first size was the 7.5 which was too small. The next size was the 8.5 which was too big. They did not have a 8 for me to try on in black but they had a red pair. I tried them on and they fir perfectly. This is when I was told I could order them. I gave the guy with the afro my information and he then took my AMEX card for payment. I left with the thoughts that I would receive my shoes soon. After a couple of days I realized I never got an order confirmation so on June 22, 2022 I reached out to them and inquired about my purchase. I had to send proof of my credit card receipt as well as a picture of me standing with the owner. I was excited about buying her shoes. From here we continue to text back and forth about this purchase. The problem is that they kept trying to send me the shoes that were the wrong size. I kept explaining if I could have fit the 7.5 or 8.5 I would have walked out with them. the funny thing is I looked through my text and they basically they don't have the size I need and send me what they want to send me. No give me back my money because you took my money without having the product size that I needed. The text constantly get worst and they say they are trying to help but there not. So now I have at home with me a shoe that is too BIG. To return you have to pay $21. Why should I be penalized when you all did this, I want all my money back and an address to return these shoes.

    Customer spoke with COO of company. Compensation for Order number 7690 customer received free shipping label for return and order Refunded. Order 7726 was created giving customer 2 free pair of shoes.
