            I purchased lunch at five finger Philly food truck at a volleyball tournament in ******* ** bought 2 sandwiches one was a ********** Philly 10inch $16 second was a 10inch the mix or the triple play $19 two sodas at $2 each w/fries $3 and was charged $90.70 I have reported this to my bank

            We talked for 10 minutes on 3/9 and we came to a resolution of this issue. I had accidentally carried over a prior charge from the previous customer who decided to pay cash instead of using a card. I explained how this happened and I advised him I would send him the $40 difference. I sent him a check that day and he cashed it. He has nothing left to complain about. I even advised him the next time he came to my truck, I would give him a $12 credit. I guess hes never going to be happy unless he gets free food? Have a great day. Thank you.

            Yes we did speak on the phone, I filled this complaint out before I was able to reach him I understand his mistake and I am happy with the resolution its not about free food its about what if I never realized the mistake our how many other customers have or will have the same issue the sandwich was good and I would purchase again but I will make sure of the charge before I give him my card
