    I placed an order for my cards on February 27th 2023 the confirmation email came and I sent a email asking to change the address. With no response I just notified my grandparents my package was coming there. After 2 weeks I emailed again for and update still no response. Since the night I placed the order Ive attempt to reach out to this company several times with no response, no delivery of my purchase and no refund. I understand things happen but communicating is key. Just let me know something Because at this point it just looks like Theft.

    I placed my one item order on 03/07, and I have still not received it. I contacted the seller on 03/22 & 03/29 asking the status of my order with no response. The so-called one woman business is now advertising new products, but can't even ship out orders. There is no reason for the lack of response or the slow processing times, your products are already made. Put them in a box and ship them out, it's simple. She is either running a scam or has taken on a responsibility of running a business that she clearly can't handle.

    attempted to place order on website. They were having technical issues' contacted seller via ******** messenger. Seller emailed an invoice and provided zelle acct to deposit and pay for merchandise on dec 27 2022.after weeks of waiting i contacted seller on jan 4 2022 for shipping info.i was told it would be shipped out the Tuesday Jan 10,2022.i attempted contact on jan 13 and jan 15 2022.no response. on jan 16 2022 i got a voice message again stating how busy the seller was and that it would ship soon. on jan 18 2022 i got an email with a tracking number. by jan 20 2022n the items still hadn't shipped 23 days later.i sent messages on jan 20 and jan 25 2022.by *** 29 2022 i sent a message requesting to cancel the order from dec 27 2022.the tracking number was still reflecting that the items had not been shipped. I attempted to leave additional messages through ******** and email on feb 2, feb 4 and feb 6 2023 asking for a refund feb 9 2022,i finally resorted to a live video on ******** telling people about the business' few seconds later the seller contacted me via video call on ******** messenger asking for the opportunity to explain.i stated that an explanation was unnecessary and requested the refund.on feb 9 2023 i received an email stating the seller was unable to fulfill my order and to expect a refund in 3 to 5 business days which the last business day was feb 16 2023.it is now feb 23 2023 i still have not received the refund 58 days since i placed the order.this seller is a repeat offender.i searched on the better business bureau and in august of 2022 the same thing happened to another consumer and the seller refused to refund the money.this seller should not be allowed to operate a business if she continues to scam people into ordering products, have poor customer service and keeping peoples hard earned money

    I placed an order on July 29, 2022 and I have yet to receive it. I reached out to the business and never received a response, but they sent tracking info about a week later. Currently per the tracking, the post office has yet to receive the package for it to be shipped to me. Basically, a shipping label was created but the package never shipped out. The item was NOT on backorder when I placed the order and per the website as of date, the max **** it would take to ship in the US is 14 days. The order number is ****. This item was meant to be a birthday gift and said birthday has now passed.

    I am a one person business in high demand, occasionally wait times extend and this is stated in our terms and conditions.

    This customers order was processes (meaning printed) on Aug 11th. The qeekend pasted and dropped Monday, May take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

    I recieved no msg from this customer and her package was processed and has been dropped at the **** postal office with numerous others.

    The world is not immediate. Shipping takes time and patience is required with online shopping these days. 

    I do rationalize how this customer may feel upset, but this complaint is ridiculous to the BBB.. it hasn't even been 30 days! What if it was just lost in the mail? 

    No refund will be issued. The product is in transit and postal tracking will show that soon. 

    Also, these are spiritual products. Just sad.

    Respectfully I ask the BBB to close and remove this case.
