    Advanced Hair Restoration does not deliver what they promise in their advertisements or their contract. I paid $11,900 for a hair restoration in April of 2023. I followed all instructions. I kept waiting for my hair to grow. It never did. In April 2024, I returned to the office for the year-to-date inspection. ***************** acknowledged that I did not have the desired hair growth that I had paid for. He asked me to come back in 3 months. He said he would talk with his partners and try to come up with a solution. I returned to the office on July 16, 2024. I saw ************** who stated that I would receive a call within 3 days with their decision. The next day ***** ************* called to say that I had plenty of hair growth and if I was not satisfied, I could pay them again to do what they failed to do the first time. My before and after photos look exactly the same. On the CONSENT FOR FOLLICULAR UNIT EXTRACTION HAIR TRANSPLANTATION CONTRACT that I signed, page 3 paragraph 1 states In the event that some transplanted follicles fail to grow, we will replace the unsuccessful follicles free of charge. They lied to me, took my money, and will not honor their contract. I am concerned that it appears that *** is making fraudulent promises and did not deliver what was guaranteed nor what was paid for.

    Advanced hair restoration advertise hair growth guaranteed. Future clients. !!!! Please ask.does that mean one hair growth follicle for life growth, or what you were described in consult as end result. Thought I had done homework and chose this company. I respected the advertisements on news talk 750 radio. No disrespect to the advertiser but radio programming needs to know. Future clients need be made aware. One year after for follow up was told I needed more transplants to achieve original goal. Shocked as you can imagine. Then, Actually funny. Was told to comb over in a certain way for better coverage. Also told that now I had a bit more follicles continue using the pepper sprinkle I used before transplant as it would look better. Of course I was shocked. Then was told with a fee additional they could add more follicles. Admit, pains me to write this message. I have told limited people about the procedure I did. Thought would have different result by now 14 months later. My family that knows about procedure thinks I was taken advantage of by company. Wasted thousands of dollars with no real life time garantee. Heck, Not even a year guarantee. Decided to warn future clients. Seek a plastic surgeon in this field. This company I used already has a different doctor. Seek a plastic surgeon as I was never told that before. Hope you have better results and feedback than what I am experiencing. Shame on advanced hair

    On 11/15/22 had consultation with Advanced Hair Restoration in Atlanta. Paid $1000.00 deposit for FUE transplant on 11/29/22. Emailed next day 11/16/22 for cancellation. Then was told $1000.00 deposit was non refundable because cancellation was outside of 14 day refund window. Consultant ***** urged that I schedule transplant on 11/22/22, or 11/29/22. I went the 11/29/22 date.Consultants of the business will not refund deposit, stating outside of refund window. When asked about refund window, consultant tell me I would had to have cancelled same day that I made appointment in order to get my $1000.00 refund. This was definitely terrible business practices with cancellation refund, especially when consultants urged thesedates, when I wanted 1-3 months out appointment times.

    Our regular refund policy states that customers are not eligible for a deposit refund when cancelling within 14 days of the treatment date. This policy is written and signed by the customers in their check-in paperwork and also is verbally reiterated prior to accepting the deposit payment. However in this case, following their original request, the customer has since communicated additional information to us and provided supporting documentation. Upon review, we have decided to refund the customer their deposit as they are potentially no longer eligible for the treatment.
