We have been in communication with Mr. ******* and we have came into the agreement that we were issuing him a refund. We requested to be able to Zelle him the remaining funds, but he refused to use ***** so we agreed to give him a check which takes a little longer in processing the refund. We did not see the need for this complaint since we have been in communication and in agreement with Mr. **************

They responded, stating they were looking into it, but never confirmed whether they would issue a refund, nor did they ask if I would accept *****. Had ***** been offered, I would have accepted it and avoided filing a complaint.  This is the first time Im hearing they are issuing the refund.
